The property is beautiful and excellent located. The staff is excellent, special mention to Nini Johana, she was excellent help to find out great places where to eat y have fun and entertainment. The only down side of this place is the bed was hard and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t consistent and no hot water.
Beautiful, quiet peaceful bed and breakfast. Spent a lot of time reading on the roof in the jacuzzi to get away from the craziness. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect for a solo gentleman on a budget passing through the city.

All the personal were very professional and great. The serywas wonderful.
Rooms are very small, pool is smaller than a jacuzzi and I prefer to lose my money and move to a better place. I do not recommend
The hotel is in a great location in the Old Town. But there was a lack of hot water!
We loved the family atmosphere of the employees, they were extremely helpful and super sweet and accommodating. We had a special connection with Viviana as she went out of her to chat with and help us with whatever we needed. Marli makes a mean breakfast for super cheap right in the community dining area outside your room. We had a great experience.

They put us on the street front where the dining room should be. They should not allow bedrooms to be sold a foot away from a very busy night life. Saxophone playing, horse and carriages and taxis passing by at all hours, then locals getting up at 5 am to talk with one another just putside your room. Truly ridicjlohs. No sleep
Great location and good value for money.
Unfortunately, the apartment closer to the street is a little bit nosy at night.
We only ended up staying one night because the bathtub in the suite broke. I needed to soak for medical reasons, so we found another hotel. But the people working was nice and the hotel was pretty. Our one night there was good.
The people that work there are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning is good as well. Rosa was a well of knowledge and gave us great tips about the city.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but you’re not really visiting to sit in the room all day anyway. The grounds are kept nicely and there’s a water dispenser, sun tan lotion, and various other items for guest use.
We would definitely stay again.
Loved everything about this hotel, hotel, location, stuff
This property served our purposes. It was close to grocery store, so we bought a case of water for $0.25 US. It was in the old town and we walked everywhere. We had a suite with a full kitchen, so we had lots of room. But it was facing the street and was noisy. But we are early to bed people.
Good choice
I love Casa Gloria! We were able to check in a little earlier. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable! Location was of course another huge plus. The owner helped us print a bunch of paperwork needed for our traveling. Cannot recommend more!
Right in the center of the old city. Beautiful hotel. The owners are very nice. It’s near by everything. Perfect spot.
Overall the hotel is well located and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and the pool was nice. However, we paid for free breakfast and despite showing the staff our receipt from Hotels.com they refused to honor it. I just checked Hotels.com and free breakfast is still advertised.
This is a nice hotel for the price. There was a mix-up and I was charged twice for my stay, but the staff helped us quickly resolve the issue so that I could receive my refund.
