I received the most bang for my $ and highly recommend Zi One to others looking for a place to stay.
Pros:

The check-in process was seamless. The room very clean a just the right amount of space. The location is perfectly situated in the center of the busy part of the city (not so good if you're looking for a quiet place to be after a fútbol match). They have a complimentary breakfast which was a great selling point for me as well as a nice chicken restaurant in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay again!

Cons:

My only reservation was tech in the room. I forgot my USB plug for the wall and the outlets were standard 110V with no other USB or USB-C power options which I paid the price for! Also, you need to speak Spanish. I am A1-level speaking the language so it was a bit challenging. If you speak no Spanish it may be a little stressful.

It's Not Luxury
Pros:

Staff are really friendly and happy to accommodate. I found the breakfast to be really filling; it's basic but it's good. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was super clean. The shower had decent pressure with hot water. The location was central. The Standard King Room on the back of the 2nd floor had a sliding glass door that allowed some natural light in, plus had some plants, which was a nice alternative to the noisy street.

Cons:

Using the term "luxury" is pretty laughable. Walking into the hotel you're greeted by the restaurant's giant cartoon statue of a chicken... a very weird first impression! The staff raved about the view in my room, saying it was the best in the hotel, but it was a 3rd floor room hovering over the street. It was so incredibly loud. They were gracious enough to switch me to a corner room at the back of the 2nd floor which had no street noise, but I could hear everything happening in the hallways clearly. Unfortunately the internet didn't work consistently in that room, so I had to go to the lobby a few times.

La ubicación, el aseo, la comodidad del cuarto.

Cons:

Se escuchaban demasiado las personas del cuarto de enseguida. Sería importante hacer alguna modificación para insonorizar.
Para lo que cuesta la noche, se espera un poco más del desayuno, muy sencillo y básico.

El lugar del hotel y recepción y parqueadero muy bueno.

Cons:

Me gustó mucho el lugar y con parqueadero y empleadas del servicio y recepcionistas muy amables. Pero perdón por referirme en las palabras que me referiré a las personas del restaurantes están en el lugar equivocados ese no debe de ser su lugar de trabajo. Que grosería como reciben las personas, que llegan a desayunar y lo que pedí de desayuno, que verguenza y dije que es esto y no lo cambiaron ni dijeron nada. Pero lo demás muy bueno y a gusto.
