Everything 🙏-staff incredibly friendly and helpful, location perfect . Quiet yet minutes walk from heart of the walled city. Room large and well appointed.
Beautiful courtyard for breakfast, sweet pool area . Honestly was a true gem.

Well done Ananda Boutique Cartagena!

This was our first trip to Cartagena and we were so excited to have selected Ananda as our “home away from home”!
Everything was perfect… the central location (without late night noise), the amenities, the pools (both ground level & rooftop), the food, bar and let’s not forget the incredible & clean rooms that were PERFECT! All while feeling super safe. This truly made our Cartagena experience so easy. However, this is all not possible without the people. The Ananda staff continuously went out of their way morning, day & evening to make sure we were completely taken care of… and everyone carried positive energy all the time. While there are so many that contributed towards our experience, several staff stood out, time & time again.

SUPER thank you to Lilibeth, Jairo, Juliana, Guionella & Michell for taking care of everything! OMG… you’re the BEST!!!

Well done Ananda for hiring these rockstars!

We will absolutely recommend you to our family & friends visiting Cartagena.

Schönes Boutique-Hotel zentral gelegen mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in der historischen Altstadt gelegen und hat auch grundsätzlich einen gewissen Charme.
Die Zimmer (3. Stock - zwei Superior Zimmer, eine Suite) waren allesamt sehr schön und gut ausgestattet.
Das Hotel wird durchgängig bewacht und man fühlt sich dadurch nochmals ein klein wenig sicherer.
Die SPA-Anwendung (Massage) war hervorragend, das hatte ergotherapeutisches Niveau.
Der Pool ist klein (Innenhof im Schatten), erfüllt aber seinen Zweck, inklusive der Bar direkt am Pool.
Auf der Dachterrasse ist nochmals ein Whirlpool mit ein paar Liegen.

Cons:

Das Personal ist freundlich, allerdings an der Rezeption etwas umständlich und nicht wirklich 'auf Zack' (auch sprechen nicht alle englisch).
Teilweise nachts deutlich hörbare Musik vom Nachbarhaus, also bitte Ohr-Stöpsel parat haben.
Das Frühstück ist gut, aber auch wahrlich nicht überragend (teilweise mit Extra-Kosten).
Es gab Baustellen im Haus, die erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen beseitigt wurden (z.B. war der Pool einen Tag gesperrt).
Alles in allem nichts wildes, aber ganz so euphorisch wie erwartet ist es dann leider nicht gewesen.

Quiet, stunning and perfect boutique
Pros:

Quiet location compared to some of the other boutiques nearer the square. Everything is close by so happy we picked closer to the wall. Big room and high ceiling very good aircon and fan. Loved both the roof too jacuzzi and swimming pool and the staff are all so lovely! If you want a warm welcome Lily Ella and Miguel are so sweet and made us feel special… very one here is hard working and made it perfect. Breakfast was buffet AND a menu. Had 2 massages before we left which was well needed!

Breakfast was good. Selection was not too extensive, but included some good a la carte options. Loved the tropical fruit juices. Room was spacious and comfortable.

General upkeep of the property was not as expected. Bathroom in the room and some of the public areas are in obvious need of a refresh.

A lovely place to start and end a day in Cartagena.
Pros:

Gorgeous place from the first step through its splendid doors. My room was cool and comfortable. The hotel is open-air so everything flows together with bougenvilia hanging from every balcony. My favorite thing was to have my coffee on the rooftop. Lovely staff. Excellent location.

My family and I were amazed by our stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was beyond amazing!
The staff were super friendly and wanted to make sure you had a wonderful stay. They also accommodated our needs as we stayed 3 people at the junior suite.
The pool and jacuzzi were super nice.
Would definitely come back!

The facilities are well maintained in spite of the age of the facility.

Everyone should visit Colombia
Pros:

Location of hotel is central to old Cartegna and safe. Very friendly, warm environment that befits the beautiful Colombian culture. Room very clean. The breakfasts were incredible with fresh EVERYTHING and staff genuine. The restaurant truly is excellent. I highly recommend it even if you don't stay in the hotel.

Wonderful ambiance, location, cool outdoor pool, comfy room, staff very friendly, breakfast very tasty. There was really nothing we didn’t like.

Cons:

The only thing I could think of is the loud disco music by the pool. When we were the only people there, we had them turn it off.
