Excelente acomodação em local estratégico para principais passeios em Belém.
Pros:

Camas confortáveis, espaço reservado no quarto muito apropriado para trabalho, quarto muito espaçoso.
Café da manhã muito bom, com opções sem glúten e vegetarianas.

Cons:

Internet é um pouco falha para ver streaming.

Pros:

I stayed at the Radisson Hotel Belém until May 2 and, honestly, the experience was quite disappointing, especially considering we were paying over R$1,000 per night.

Right upon arrival (the night of April 26), we could barely sleep because a guest was blasting music until around 4 a.m., with no effective intervention from the hotel. Apparently, it was the Guns N’ Roses crew.

On the second day, the room’s air conditioning completely stopped working and we had to change rooms at 11 p.m., which was extremely inconvenient. In the original room (1202), the toilet was also problematic: the seat kept falling down constantly and the flushing stopped working. At least that improved after we switched rooms.

Another frustrating issue happened at check-in: the concierge scanned both of our passports but failed to properly add my partner’s name to the reservation. As a result, we were stopped at breakfast and told we would need to pay as if he were an extra guest. We got it resolved, but it was an unnecessary and embarrassing situation.

Additionally, the visitor policy is absurd for a hotel at this level. Even for a quick visit from my mother (who is local), we would have been charged an extra R$120. That makes no sense, especially at this price point. I’ve stayed in 5-star hotels in the U.S. where this simply isn’t a thing. Yes, registering visitors for security makes sense, but charging for it? That feels amateur.

The key cards also failed constantly, almost every day they would just stop working out of nowhere, including for the elevator, which was extremely inconvenient when coming back from being out.

We also had a very uncomfortable situation where housekeeping entered the room while we were in the bathroom, without proper notice.

At the rooftop, the sauna was also closed. When I asked if they could open it, I was told it simply doesn’t work.

Honestly, this does not match a 4-star hotel. It’s much closer to a 3-star, comparable to a Holiday Inn.

Cons:

Barulho noturno - bares vizinhos. Absurdamente alto.
Se nada for feito, a reputação do hotel estara em jogo.
Nesta condição que se encontra impossível recomendar ou voltar neste Hotel.

Boa opcao para quem vai a negocios
Pros:

Localizacao excelente, quartos bem confortaveis apos a reforma, pessoal simpatico e prestativo, cafe da manha com bastante variedade de itens pra atender a todos os gostos.

Cons:

Todas as vezes que fico no hotel eu tenho problemas com a emissao de Nf da hospedagem no checkout. Dessa vez, alem de nao ter recebido a minha NF de hospedagem no check out, ainda tive que esperar muito tempo para receber a NF de 2 consumos - um jantar do primeiro dia e 3 aguas do ultimo dia. A NF da hospedagem somente recebi da data de hoje, 5 dias corridos apos o checkout, porque liguei no hotel e mandei email cobrando a emissao. Se eu pago no check in, porque nao recebo a NF no checkout???

Fab staff, bit of luxury in Belem
Pros:

The staff - especially Renato - were great. Very helpful. You could not ask for more. Comfy beds, good shower, nice pool.

Cons:

Though you could see there was an effort with the breakfast - maybe some things like bacon might be good - not sure about turkey pie for breakfast! There were no complaints- the staff always helped if there was a problem.

Excellent hotel for business trip.
Pros:

Very good hotel. Well located and having a very good structure for business trips. Room is confortable and includes satisfactory place for business working activities (including cable hub for internet and wireless access). Very good breakfast, having a large variety of foods. Desk attendancy satisfactory with multi-language support. I recommend it.

Cons:

The price could be more attractive for holiday trips. No more comments!
