Pros:

Great location, hptel staff and facilities are great.
Nice relaxed environment and easy for visitors to access rooms.

Cons:

Although all details were sent prior to arrival the check in is really slow.

Pros:

Great location within walking distance to a lot of main attractions and very clean. Staff were excellent and answered any questions/ enquiries we had

Cons:

Went to use the hotel bar to find there was no bar staff but on the third attempt at our stay someone was there but unfortunately when we went to pay there was no staff, had to wait for 20 minutes to find someone
