Gutes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, Suite war ausreichend groß, gute Frühstücksauswahl

Cons:

Drittes Bett für einen Erwachsenen zu klein, Badezimmer der Suite auch zu klein vor allem das Waschbecken, Die Matratzen könnten erneuert werden

Pros:

Jättebra! Hotellet ligger bra till med närhet till Gamla stan, lokaltrafik och butiksgator runt hörnet. Rummet var fräscht, bra frukost, personalen hjälpsam och bonus med ett biljardbord i matsalen/baren.

Cons:

Biljardköerna skulle kunna uppdateras. I övrigt - toppen!

К сожалению, в этот раз наше пребывание в гостинице оставило неприятное впечатление, хотя мы останавливаемся здесь уже не впервые.

Заранее предупредили, что приезжаем отметить 25-летие сына, и рассчитывали на приятный отдых и особенное отношение по такому случаю. Однако нам предоставили неудобный номер на первом этаже с видом на задний двор и какие-то крыши. Нам предложили переселиться в другой номер, но он оказался меньше по размеру. В итоге нам пришлось согласиться на него, поскольку оставаться в первоначальном номере мы категорически не хотели, хотя новый номер был меньше, а стоимость проживания осталась прежней.

Отдельно разочаровало полное отсутствие внимания к важному для нас событию. Речь не о дорогом подарке — даже небольшая шоколадка или другой символический знак внимания были бы приятны. За годы путешествий и проживания в отелях по всему миру мы не раз сталкивались с такими милыми жестами со стороны персонала, которые создают особую атмосферу и показывают, что гостям рады.

К сожалению, в этот раз ничего подобного не произошло, а ситуация с номером лишь усилила разочарование. В результате отдых, который должен был стать приятным событием в честь юбилея сына, оказался омрачён этими обстоятельствами.

Очень жаль, что гостиница, в которую мы возвращались не впервые, в этот раз не оправдала наших ожиданий. Надеемся, что администрация обратит внимание на подобные ситуации и в будущем будет уделять больше внимания комфорту гостей и особым поводам, о которых они сообщают заранее.

Mukava viikonloppu Prahassa josta löytyy aina miellyttävä hotelli ja todella hyvä julkinen likenne.

Sijainti keskustassa. Vilkas liikenne kadulla ei häirinnyt huoneessa. Hyvä sänky.

Preis Leitung für einen Städtetripp dejr gut
Pros:

Super Lage in Prag. Sehr viel zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zimmer waren auch in Ordnung, für 3 Tage sightseeing ausreichend Platz. Bett sehr bequem. Leider nur ein hellhörig. Lärm vom Flur war nicht zu überhören.
Personal dafür freundlich.
Frühstück war sehr lecker und für jeden Geschmack war was dabei.

Cons:

Lage war perfekt. Die Betten sehr bequem und es war alles sauber.
