Very nice and modern design. Good breakfast. Nice bar area. The staff was very friendly, helpful and caring in every situation. A special thank you to Slava in the reception that helped me and my girlfriend in a difficult situation! I really recommend this hotel if you want a warm and welcoming experience!

I had a wonderful stay at NYX Hotel Prague. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and the location was perfect—within walking distance of Prague's main attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made the experience even more special.
A special thank you to the gentleman working at breakfast who checked guests' room numbers every morning. He was always friendly, smiling, and genuinely welcoming, adding a personal touch that I really appreciated.
Overall, a fantastic hotel with an excellent location, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again
