OK oplevelse blev ødelagt af alarm fejl.

Morgenmaden var god

Cons:

Blev vækket tidligt søndag morgen af en SINDSYG alarm der sendte alle ud på gaden .... teknisk fejl! Det tog enormt langt tid for dem at rette den fejl og vi kunne komme i seng igen!

Basic hotel, overpriced for what you get, good location

Cons:

The staff's attitude was disappointing. I asked whether I could extend my stay by an additional night, and was told to check online and make the booking myself. Prices had supposedly increased significantly but in reality, the rate at booking.com was actually lower than what I had paid for the first two nights. So had the staff checked and assisted, the hotel would have earned more from my extended stay. Neverthrless, this experience left a poor impression and ultimately I decided not to extend my stay at this hotel. The other staff members I spoke to were very friendly and professional, though.

No slippers were provided, which was particularly inconvenient given that part of the room's flooring is exposed concrete and uncomfortable to walk on barefoot.

The "double bed" was in fact two single beds pushed together. The mattresses were of a cheapest type and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Overall, at >>EUR 100 pn, the hotel is significantly overpriced for what you get.

מיקום וצוות מצוין , החדר פחות.
Pros:

מיקום המלון פצצה , אם להזמין אז חדר גדול יותר מהחדר הבסיסי, הצוות היה בסדר גמור ואפילו הבטיח לסייע אם ניתקע במקום.

Cons:

החדר היה צפוף ולא היה מקום לשים 2 מזוודות , קיבלנו מיקום בעייתי לחלק האחורי של המלון.

O quarto era amplo e confortável - cafeteira e frigobar são diferenciais positivos. Café da manhã muito bom e completo. Um dos melhores buffets de café da manhã dos hotéis Leonardo.

Cons:

Falta um pouco de manutenção nos quartos. A porta do banheiro estava travando na hora de abrir.
