Decent value for the money if you aren't going to spend a lot of time there.
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant and the property overall looked modern.

Cons:

The pillows were the worst, just no support; the bed was decently comfortable. The accent chair in our room was tipped (broken) at an angle that made you feel like you were falling out of it and it squeaked something awful. The kind of thing that makes you realize they buy nice looking things and it's forgotten once installed in the room.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when we come back.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. Location was great. Staff was excellent. Clean facilities and smelled good!

Cons:

The lighting in the room wasn’t that great. Could’ve been brighter, especially in the bathroom. Also, could’ve had more trash cans in the room.

Pros:

The staff were amazing and we got to sit at the bar and chat with them for a bit. They gave us a lot of insightful info on the city and were extremely nice and funny!

DO NOT stay at this hotel, if you want to feel welcome and be treated in a professional manner.
Pros:

The room was fine, my initial impression was good. When arriving early, the girl at the front desk let me leave my luggage and return later for check-in.

Cons:

Once returning, I was met by a guy at the front desk who had already downgraded the experience from the first interaction, with a slight arrogance.

20$ fee for a package delivered to me from a business partner - fair enough, a bit much, but I would not let that ruin the stay.

After the stay, I have contacted them multiple times to receive an invoice for the stay, since it was a business trip; however, I have so far only received an invoice for the package handling.

Professionalism from the person handling the after requests is close to 0.
It is laughable at this point.

All night party, people screaming at 3 am. No reaction from the hotel. You charge premium make it comfortable for all guests not only for these who wants party 24h a day

Big nice comfortable rooms. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Great location, huge room very very quiet. Restaurants at other hotels were close by as were coffee shops.

Cons:

You had to park around the corner yourself, which is sometimes a challenge in a big city but easy directions. Coffee in the lobby would be nice in the mornings.
