If you can get past an unfriendly check-in, you have one of the best values for a hotel in this area
Pros:

Great location, beautifully designed bathroom with an incredible shower, room was nicely put together and had working temperature control. I also liked that the room wasn't carpeted like most other hotels are so it felt a lot cleaner. Overall a really great value for the price.

Cons:

Unfriendly check-in, staff member (who was not wearing a name tag) didn't really greet me or make me feel welcome. He was short with his words and sassy with me, despite being perfectly nice to other guests around me. It felt oddly targeted and possibly racially motivated. I also had requested a quiet room in the booking and got put directly in front of the elevator, though I realize that the room type I requested was probably the only unit of its kind on the floor.

"We had fun and busy weekend exploring the city"
Pros:

The staff was great warm and friendly! Location was walking distance to and from where we needed to be... My eleven-year-old granddaughter was excited about the bathtub which she happened to like.

Cons:

What I didn't like was the first-floor view of alley and vacant building. I watch homeless people congregating eating and throw waste on ground. The room itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again, but it will not be on first floor!

I wish I didn’t spent hours trying to connect my laptop.
Pros:

the room was spacious. everything looking great. the bath tube is great. the TVs need to be updated asap. there’s no excuse to have tv from the previous decade.

The hotel facilities were good, the bathroom exceptional, and thel location great.
Pros:

The room and environment were excellent and well maintained. Looked similar to photos and description. Furniture was a little worn but did not really detract from overall facilities. Bathroom with soaking tub and rain shower were great. Location to everything was excellent. I could walk everywhere and felt safe.

You should know that this hotel does not have attendant services. You must carry all of your luggage to the room. This was not difficult but surprising. Also the terrace bar was locked and had a sign that it was permanently closed. This should not be publicized as an amenity. I had a problem with the parking. Since I arrived early I was not allowed to check in and was told I had to wait until 4:00 pm. I had just unloaded my luggage so I had to move my car to the garage. Since I was not yet in the system, the garage charged me a $13.00 fee in addition to the daily charge of the hotel. It took a while to straighten this out including 3 trips back and forth from hotel and garage to get the correct code and charge me properly. This could have been avoided if I could have been added to hotel system upfront.

I liked this hotel and might stay here again. I should have asked for early check in to avoid the parking issue. I only bring up the glitches so that others may be able to avoid the problems I had.

El hotel tiene una gran ubicación y es muy cómodo para cortas o largas estadías.
Pros:

La habitación sin duda es muy buena, la climatización, la insonorización y la ambientación general. La cama muy cómoda.
El hotel esta ubicado cerca de todo, a unas pocas cuadras del rio chicago y las atracciones más famosas de la ciudad. Estuve 3 noches alojado y desde el hotel caminé hacia todos lados. Sin duda volvería.

No cuenta con desayuno.
