Nice little hotel with perfect location. The breakfast food was awesome...
The size of the room but it's what I expected.
The hotel was simply excellent. The location is ideal, highly central, and very convenient for heading out to explore the area and experience the local culture. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The hotel staff was courteous, professional, and happy to help with any questions regarding local itineraries and recommendations. Excellent value for money.
Breakfast moyen sauf les fruits ananas qui etdot très bon et le cappuccino
Les coussins pour dormir trop dur et épais.
The room and buffet breakfast
The smell of the toilet sink drain
Det var en fint boende Hotel nära stationen, promenad runt och med mera .
Excellent location, large rooms, good breakfast fantastic staff. Even though it’s located in the heart of a lively area, nights are quiet and able to sleep well.
No complaints other than wish I could stay longer.
Läget mitt i gågatedistriktet, Gångsvstånd till Kända tempel o Chiang kai chek minnesplats o pampiga byggnad
Frukosten inte bra o trångt
This review is for our first stay, before heading to Kaohsiung for a few days.
We booked a large Villa Suite. I rate hotels against my own expectations rather than the industry star rating system. I expected the hotel and room to be okay. Both exceeded my expectations by a long way.
The room is large, with a lounge chair, a good desk for work, stable internet, and a comfortable king-sized bed. There was plenty of space to store our baggage without it being in our way. The room also has a fridge and a wet area with a sink.
The bathroom is spacious, with a decent-sized bath. My one criticism is the shower and toilet area. Both are small. I am tall, and when standing up from the toilet I often hit my head on the glass. Re-orientating the toilet would make the space far more usable for taller guests.
The buffet breakfast is good, naturally geared toward Asian travellers, but as a gluten-intolerant Australian I made it work every day. A little flexibility is always necessary when travelling.
From 2 pm until 9 pm the breakfast space becomes a community space. You are welcome to read (books and magazines are provided), do a little work, or relax.
When we went to Kaohsiung for two nights, the hotel stored our main luggage, took our laundry, and kept some medical items in their fridge. None of this was an issue for the staff. It turned a two-night side trip into a backpack-only exercise for me.
The hotel has no restaurant for lunch or dinner, which is no problem at all. Restaurants and cafés surround the hotel.
The one downside of the room is the lack of natural light. The only window is small and faces neighbouring buildings.
It is an easy walk to Ximen MRT station. Use Exit 6, which has lifts all the way to street level, with a few transfers between lifts. It is one station from Taipei Main Station, where the High Speed Rail and other trains depart.
We used the metro constantly and it is good value. I recommend the metro to the airport, though it does not run la
I am tall, and when standing up from the toilet I often hit my head on the glass. Re-orientating the toilet would make the space far more usable for taller guests.
Great location close to the metro station and the main station.
Great location
We loved the location. Located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Ximending with lots of shops and restaurants, but once inside the hotel, you don't notice that at all. Close to the subwaystation. Friendly staff. Room was small, but nicely decorated. Breakfast was good.
Only a bit moldy smell in the hallway, but not in the room.
很漂亮,服務人員很貼心!👍👍👍
Das Hotel lag sehr zentral, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut fußläufig erreichbar, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, täglich frisches Wasser im Zimmer
Hotel etwas hellhörig, Frühstück ausbaufähig
