Would never return—the staff were rude, dismissive and showed a complete lack of basic hospitality.

Had shops and restaurants nearby.
The chefs and staff at breakfast were lovely and friendly.

Cons:

Reception staff were very unhelpful, did not bother to help when we needed some assistance. One member of the bar staff (Scarlett) physically grabbed drinks out of my children’s hands and proceeded to tell them off in front of other guests.
AC was pretty much non existent, especially in the foyer. Toilets on the ground floor were filthy. Unable to get a taxi from the hotel, waited hours for one which didn’t even turn up in the end.

Gratamente sorprendida, merece sus 4 estrellas.
Pros:

El desayuno tiene bastante variedad de alimentos, está bien. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos de la playa y muy cerca de una pequeña cala justo por la parte de atrás. Yo personalmente viajé con mis sobrinos de 9 y 5 años y se lo pasaron genial, tenían espectáculos por la noche y durante el día varias actividades. La limpieza del lugar es muy buena, el personal muy amable y el hotel muy amplio.

Cons:

Por sacar alguna pega se podría decir que la piscina es un poco pequeña para lo grande que es el hotel.

Calidad precio mejorable.
Pros:

Ubicación excepcional con sitios a pie de calle para comer y comprar.
El equipo de animación realiza un trabajo excelente y hace que la estancia sea mejor. Tanto el personal de recepción como el de limpieza fueron amables en todo momento. Las piscinas están bien cuidadas, destacando especialmente la zona de los toboganes, que es ideal para que los niños disfruten.

Cons:

Nos sorprendió que el hotel tenga una categoría de cuatro estrellas, ya que en general se aprecia algo anticuado y con algunas zonas que necesitan mantenimiento. Las habitaciones podrían estar en mejores condiciones, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio que se paga por noche, y la limpieza también podría mejorar. En nuestra opinión, la relación calidad-precio no es la adecuada, ya que esperábamos un nivel de instalaciones y servicios superior acorde con la categoría del hotel.

Cons:

El hotel necesita reforma. Los huéspedes dejan todo lleno de mierda en la piscina, zonas comunes, en las escaleras... piscinas masificadas y pequeñas para la cantidad de huéspedes que hay. Hay que hacer cola una hora antes de abrir la piscina si quieres conseguir hamaca, sino, te tocará pasar el día en las sillas de la terraza del bar. La comida bastante mala y muy agobiante el comedor. Hemos estado en el Best Mediterráneo también alojados, y para ser de una estrella menos, es mucho mejor que Best Oasis Park

I will recommend your hotel to my friends.
Pros:

We liked the hotel, good location, very tasty and varied cuisine. Great SPA area. I liked the manager's work, professional! The room was clean, the cleaners cleaned everything well.

Cons:

Bad noise insulation, you can hear everything from the street and from the neighbors. The receptionist was not professional.
