Las camas eran incómodas, la almohada muy fina.
Muy amable sobre todo el personal del buffet...y todo muy limpio
Los ascensores un caos, porque paraban en cada piso y tardaban bastante en llegar...
La comodidad de la Cama
- Que tenian mantas en las camas y eso hacía muchos años que no veia en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Estas mantas se notan que no tienen la limpieza que necesitan o que permiten otro tipo de cubre camas y se notan en el olor y en los ácaros.
-En el hotel solamente hay tres ascensores muy pequeños y casi todo el dia es muy dificil devido al tráfico de gente poder utilizalos, tardan mucho y siempren van llenos cuando llegan a tu planta, la gente esta tan desesperada que no utiliza las teclas de bajada y subida y cuando hay sitio se suben aunque vallan en dirección contraria a su destino.
- Colas en la entrada del desayuno. Destuvimos dos dias y ambos dias tuvimos que esperar entre 10 y 15 minutos para poder entrar a desayunar en una cola en el pasillo y escalera.
Las habitaciones están muy bien, tamaño y comodidad de las camas.
íbamos buscando un fin de semana tranquilo de spa, y este hotel no ha sido la mejor elección. El spa es pequeño, un jacuzzi y una ducha no funcionaban, y el otro jacuzzi olía mal. No hay sitio para cambiarse cómodamente, está todo mojado y no hay albornoces para hacerlo más cómodo. La semana anterior estuvimos llamando al hotel para reservar hora de spa y masajes, y nunca contestaron, así que no pudimos reservar masaje. Si el spa no es parte del hotel, creo que en el proceso de reserva tendría que estar claro. Por otro lado, para entrar en el comedor hay mucha cola siempre, y la comida está buena en general pero fría. En los ascensores también se forma mucha cola para subir y bajar.
La animación para niños... ni las canciones de la mini disco, ni la chica sabia entretener a los pequeños...
