Lo que más me gustó el personal, tanto todas las animadoras , como socorristas, las de recepción, el personal de restauracion y el bar .
Una mención especial atención a Fermín, Raquel , responsable de restauración que ahora no me acuerdo del nombre .

Pros:

El tema de la plancha en las comidas estaba muy bien ya que era fresco si o si, y el personal quitando una mesera del comedor que es un poco desagradable los demas eran encantadores, tanto meseros como recepcion como la barra del bar de la piscina que algun dia que otro nos daban a probar cosillas nuevas.. unas personas encantadoras

El aire no era lo que esperabamos para ser un hotel 4 estrellas… las de la limpieza solo cambian las toallas barren y friegan porque lo que es limpiar no limpian… y la comida depende del dia esta bien y otros dias que me dio que desear… poca variedad de cosillas..

Durante toda la instancia hemos aguantado olores que salían por el desagüe del baño,ningún día se ha cambiado la habitación por el motivó que no le daban a basto a las chicas de la limpieza lo que no ha contestado.Comidas bastante bien en el comedor hemos recibido las botellas de agua rellenadas con agua de la cocina.Nos hemos dado cuenta que olían las botellas.Informamos al responsable de comedor que estaba la entrada de que las botellas de agua huelen i que no es agua embotellada ha contestado que sii pero que es agua filtrada sii pero está agua se paga no es gratis pagamos el agua que no está embotellada por lo qual nunca no vamos a repetir en este hotel...

Would recommend for families
Pros:

Location was good. Pool was nice. Could hire towels for the pool. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfy and clean. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. Had luggage storage after check out.

Cons:

Too many screeching kids. Not enough sun beds to cater for the amount of guests. No kettle in the room when booking room only. No shower facilities to use after checking out on our last day. No information leaflets on what was available eg. Food options with times and prices, towel hire, luggage storage. We had to ask staff whereas I'm used to having a leaflet or similar giving this information to hotel guests especially in a 4 star hotel. Would recommend for families but not couples.
