Disappointed
Cons:

It was so noisy at night
There was young adults put beside a young family .We were awoken for hours with noisy parties beside us ,above us .There was numerous complaints from our floor .It was so unfair and I’ve never had it so bad in all my years going to hotels

Pros:

Toda la comida muy buena. Ubicación perfecta. Camareros simpaticos.

Cons:

La habitacion 414 tenia humedades negras tanto en la habitación como en el baño, y una pequeña gotera, que seria del aire acondicionado.
Cuando lo comentamos nos dijeron que estaban llenos y no podian cambiarnos, menos mal que solo eran 3 dias.

La piscina siempre estaba llena, nunca había tumbonas y el horario pésimo.
Los trabajadores un poco bordes.
La comida era siempre la misma todos los días y era del día anterior.
Los ascensores siempre estaban ocupados y paraba en todas las plantas.

Ok for the money
Pros:

Location and hotel was good. The size of rooms was good. We had two double beds.

Cons:

Food was horrible. Staff was rude. Key card would stop working 3/4 a day resulting in going up and down to get it fixed. This hotel defiantly needs extra lifts as the three that are there take forever to come and then when it does they are tiny and usually full. A lot of teenage kids like they was on a school trip. Big groups everywhere

El desyuno estaba bien , la comida y cena sin más , no había mucha calidad

Cons:

La poca información que te daban las recepcionistas ,excepto una . Las camas muy incómodas , las piscinas bien , pero se quedan pequeñas para tanta gente que hay alojada , a las 11 de la mañana era imposible coger sitio , la animación estaba más destinada a clientes extranjeros
