Ubicación cerca de la playa, camas muy cómodas, amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Apareció una cucaracha en cada una de las 2 habitaciones contiguas reservadas, salieron por el baño. Deberían hacer algo al respecto, limpieza a fondo de tuberías durante el invierno. El personal muy atento y nos facilitó el cambio de habitación a una superior.

piscina muy agradable, con una pequeña con un par de chorros de agua y asientos tipo spa; no nos lo esperábamos y nos gustó y no estaba masificado.

el restaurante es enorme y un poco sensación de agobio para poder coger la comida.

Perfecto para familias!!
Pros:

La ubicación de la playa es lo mejor!! Sales del hotel crudas la calle y estar en la playa; esta muy cerca. La comida nos ha gustado mucho, es tipo buffet; el desayuno es el mismo todos los días pero esta muy bien, hay para todos los gustos. Las comida y cena tiene días temáticos, es muy variado la verdad. Nosotros usamos el parking del hotel, nos salió en 18€ la noche. Es cierto que afuera puedes encontrar estacionamiento de pago y en calle detrás hay área gratis; pero esta muy bien dejar el coche dentro del hotel. También nos gusto que fuera del hotel hay una tienda pequeña que vende hielo y bebidas; si quieres llevar a la playa esta muy bien. Es un hotel perfecto si buscas descansar y pasar rato en familia. No hay ruido en la noche y la gente que quiere irse de fiesta se va a Salou.

Cons:

Las sillas del área de la piscina estaban muy juntas; era muy difícil caminar ahí. Esto es lo único que nos molestó y de todas formas la piscina la usamos muy poco xq fuimos a Cambrils para ir a la playa.
