Хороший отель недалеко от вокзала, небольшой, тихий, но дороговато… Завтрак скудный, фруктов почти нет, один день есть вообще было почти нечего, ребенку кашу пришлось заказывать за доплату (была только манная- совсем уж бюджетный вариант). Порадовал ресторан в отеле вечером: приготовили даже то, чего в меню на ужин нет и очень красиво подали!

Hotel in really location right next to attractions, but still in the quiet street. But still not to hard to find, even the main entrance is hidden in the yard. Room was basic with normal bed and lining

Das Hotel hat mir aufgrund eines medizinischen Notfalls nur zwei Nächte in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl ich nicht angereist bin und ich vorher ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass eine Stornierung nicht möglich ist.

I had to cancel the stay due to a medical emergency and they refunded me 4 out of 6 nights although the official cancellation fee is 100 % this close to the stay.

the rooms are lovely and a good size. good dining room although the food varies from ho hum to delicious. the service is attentive. storage facilities. excellent front desk. free afternoon tea. bubbles or flat wine for breakfast, which is included. the front gate is locked at night and people have to ring the buzzer to gain entry. I think the hotel may be 2 or 3 buildings joined together as the passage ways slope a little. Good lift. Everything is very clean. Great Georgian restaurant 50 metres down the street - turn left when you leave the hotel.

Really close to the Green/Red Metro lines, and only 1-2 stations away from the other lines. The building itself is located on a rather calm parallell street to the famous Nevsky Prospekt.

Great staff: helpful and english speaking.

Good location in center of St Petersburg, though very quiet. Regular room little bit small but for the price it is not that bad. Would like to see night lights in bathroom as it is only possible to turn full light at night, which is unpleseant. Otherwise I liked my stay and will come again.

Highly recommend this little gem, tucked away just 100 metres behind the busy Nevsky Prospekt street. Everything from restaurants, a 24 hour mini-mart, metro station & pharmacy all within a very short walk. We stayed here from 8th to 13th Aug and loved it. Rooms are decent size with comfy beds, noise free & with good amenities. The reception staff Maria & Elmira spoke very good English and were very helpful, as were the restaurant & housekeeping staff. Will stay here again for sure.

hotel molto vicino alla stazione centrale, raggiungibile a piedi, inoltre fermata della metropolitana nei pressi, va bene per brevi soggiorni,un po complicate l utilizzo del WIFI.

Great location, close to Metro, shops, cafes and restaurants and walking distance to many central attractions.

Good size light filled room with queen size bed, wardrobe with hanging and shelving, small writing desk and two chairs, refrigerator and in room safe. Decent size bathroom with good shower only problem is the power cord for the towel heater drapes across the toilet making it a little awkward. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was fair. We have moved to a different hotel in St Petersburg today and I really wish we could have stayed at the Cromwell Inn.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel because for a three star hotel it is really nice and clean. The style of the interior is dated but all the furniture etc is in great condition. The location is perfect, just few steps from a metro station and Nevsky prospect. There is also a huge shopping center (Galeria) within ten minute walk. The breakfast was simple. I was traveling with my friends and we didn’t spend that much time at the hotel but we would definitely recommend this place because the location is optimal for exploring the city.

My first time in St. Peter’s. Friendly staff. Clean room, although not so big. Nice breakfast, not too elaborate but nice choice and tasty. No noise and close to Nevskiy prospekt. Would recommend for single travelers and couples. 25 min walk to Hermitage.
