La limpieza y el desayuno

Cons:

Recibí una habitación estándar con vista al ascensor habiendo pagado 1050 soles por el paquete mientras q mis amigos fueron ubicados en una habitación vip más amplia y con buena vista aun habiendo pagado 956 soles por el mismo paquete , quedé insatisfecho con la amabilidad del recepcionista de día, actuaba como si me hiciera un favor, monosilábico y cortante ,la recepcionista de la noche si tiene un excelente manejo de atención al cliente y su amabilidad hizo que nos sintiéramos compensados siempre atenta y sonriente conecta muy bien con los huéspedes

La atención de los mozos.

Cons:

La atención de la recepcionista. Que le mostré mi tarifa por Booking y no la quiso aceptar. Y me dió una hab súper pequeña. No valía ni la mitad de lo que pague: muy reducida y baño oscuro. Y la misma recepcionista no me quiso dar factura a mi salida. Encontré un pelo en mi cen y me trajeron una bebida que yo no pedí. Casi arruinó mi cena de cumpleaños. Desastre!!

Pros:

Habitación pequeña, pero cómoda, cuenta con piscina de fácil acceso. Tiene un bar en el rooftop, con bonita vista.

Cons:

El primer cuarto que nos dieron tenía problemas en el desagüe de la ducha. Posteriormente nos cambiaron a otro cuarto, todo estuvo bien.

Un muy buen hotel, con las características básicas más que aceptable. El personal adecuado con un buen trato, puntiales en las facilidades para el transporte hacia el aeropuerto. Algo limitado el desayuno, per cunple.

Helt okej första vistelse där, men kommer inte tillbaka.
Pros:

Personalen var väldigt professionella och trevliga. Bra städat i rummet.

Cons:

Otroligt lyhört, jag kom dit för att vila och sova ut, men det var hög karaoke fram till sent och sedan kunde man höra mycket buller in i rummet. Rummet hade fönster mot korridoren där andra gäster går, så man hade inte mycket lust att dra upp gardinerna. Frukosten var en otrolig besvikelse. Det stod buffé, med variation. Det var den minsta buffen jag upplevt, och med tanke på priset hade jag förväntat mig mer. Frukosten var inte god heller. Det ingick inte drickvatten, det tycker jag man kan förvänta sig i ett sådant hotell speciellt i ett land där man inte kan dricka från kranen.
