Unfortunately, the room I was in did not look anything like the pictures. It was very old and worn. Moreover, it was not clean and had significant mold in the bathroom and refrigerator. There was one towel for two gusts and no wash clothes. The breakfast was very limited in options. Front desk staff was very friendly but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff here is extremely welcoming and helpful. The outdoor bar and pool area is a great place to relax. The breakfast had so many options.
I stayed in an economy room, and while I was grateful for the AC, it did tend to leak and create a puddle, so dont leave any valuables under the unit.
To be nit-picky, I found the location of the toilet in this particular room a little comical as it faced a wall that made it so odd to sit down and the noise from the street was often loud. But overall a great place to stay, in a great location! Would definitely stay here again for the price.
Beautiful hotel but disappointed pool was under construction. Manager kindly compensated us with a bottle of wine. Shower in our room did not provide hot water, the water was rust colour, did not drain properly, and had mould. We were moved to another room which was spacious and clean. The second night there was loud music playing below our room until 11. We were not impressed as we had to get up at 3:30 am and we were told it was a planned event and could not lower the music. Bad planning putting us in that room when they knew it was going to be loud. Food at restaurant was just OK. Filet mignon was overcooked and definitely not the quality of meat expected. Our guide Angel (Dendrobirds Peru) who travelled with us brought us to areas nearby for the couple of days to see various beautiful frogs.
Room was clean and towels changed daily. Staff were friendly and some spoke English. Manager also spoke English and was was slicing. Breakfast could of been better more choices but was acceptable and could of been due to slow season. Love the outdoor and pool area. I will definitely stay again as i feel they will continue improving.

Nice little quaint hotel, room was super clean and the AC is absolutely amazing.
The property manager give a Bad times because I requested to provide to Match the lower Prince show on the internet expidia web site because the prices dropped on sunday April 28 2024, she refused to provide a cancellation receipt, she make me wait to allow me i'm the room I paid, I contactes the local police dept to complaint off the abussive behavior off the manager and the police Office requested the manager to either refund My money or allow me to use the room I paid, the manager stated that she can let me stay.
Location is good, staff was very helpful.

No wi fi, poor selection of breakfast. Shower has no hot water and TV has a terrible local cable. A waste of money.

El hotel tiene una ubicación razonable, muy cerca al malecón y una piscina 24 horas, sin embargo la calidad y diseño de la irracionable no es lo mejor, muy pequeña, el baño algo incomodo. Sobre el desayuno bufet para lo que se paga no es lo suficientemente variado y la calidad muy mala.
