Pros:

Die Lage war gut mit Bus zu erreichen, Zimmer sehr groß, das Personal freundlich, Pool OK.

Cons:

Für ein Hotel im Cali war OK. Die Zone ist nicht fantastich, aber akzeptabel.

Bueno, aunque con cosas por mejorar
Pros:

Desayuno diario y variado, ubicación excelente, cerca a supermercados y restaurantes. Buena relación precio calidad.

Cons:

7 personas en 4 habitaciones durante 5 días y nunca hicieron limpieza en las habitaciones, solo recogían la basura de las papeleras y cambiaban las toallas. Les falta personal cuando el hotel está lleno. El piscina es demasiado fría y no le hacen limpieza permanente.

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y siempre presto a ayudar. La recepción estuvo abierta 24/7. La ubicación fue bastante buena. Y los desayunos bastante ricos.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no son como las fotos. Y el colchón muy blando. La puerta del baño no cerraba.

Todo estuvo genial! Bien ubicado y excelente atención de las recepcionistas. 24/7 la atención 👌🏾

Todo fue muy bueno! Quizás la habitación que me asignaron un poco iluminada y no permite dormir un poco más a los que nos molesta la luz, pero nada que no resuelva un cubre ojos.

Las fotos no son confiables
Pros:

El único punto a favor, estar cerca del estadio donde era el evento al que veníamos a Cali

Cons:

Ofrecen parqueadero según disponibilidad y solo es uno, que lo asignan a 1 solo carro que llegó el día anterior.....la solución que nos brindaron fue dejarlo en un supermercado en la calle.
El aire acondicionado no funcionó, mis amigos nos dijeron al.otro día que tenia un interruptor que nadie te informa en recepción.
Toallas rotas y con pelos ( muy desagradable)
Sensores de luz que se prenden cada que alguien pasa y se proyecta en las habitaciones.
Olor a ambientador muy fuerte.
Ducha sin agua caliente, aun teniendo grifo con indicación de la misma.
Ducha con hongos en el azulejo.
El desayuno aunque suficiente, una sola persona atendiendo, pedimos huevos revueltos con arepa y trajeron huevos pericos con pan.
Las fotos la verdad no muestran la realidad del hotel, está muy descuidado..
La habitacion de mis amigos sin cobijas.
La verdad solo por estar cerca del.estadio, pero no lo recomiendo.
