Great option to reach without speedboat from Cartagena
Pros:

Great location, food, staff and private beach.

Cons:

Had an issue with our toilet which took them 48 hours to fix.

Sehr sauberes, nettes Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen, für mich für ein paar Tage wundervoll.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel am Strand, sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück (Buffet).
Mittagessen und Abendessen im Hotel - Preise nicht billig - aber sehr gutes Essen!
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Stand-up Paddel kann man ausborgen, ohne Bezahlung.

Cons:

Strandzugang - Gras und braunes Wasser (nicht schmutzig, nur aufgewühlt).
Jetski kommen immer vorbei - es stinkt und sie machen lärm.
Partyinsel gegenüber - Musik von 10-16 Uhr ca. (war aber ok, Hotel spielt auch Musik am Strand und am Pool).

Tranquilidad en un entorno de ensueño, con la atención y calidez de personas maravillosas !!
Pros:

La variedad y frescura de los productos en el desayuno buffet y en el menú del restaurant se agradece y disfruta mucho. La vista privilegiada que ofrece el restaurant al desayuno y almuerzo es genial; la cual, en combinación con la calidez de la atención de su personal hacen realmente un agrado la estadía en Aura. La tranquilidad del lugar, sus playas y diferentes actividades que se pueden realizar en ella o sus alrededores especialmente en las islas del Rosario son imperdibles. Quiero simbolizar mi agradecimiento a todo el personal del hotel en Lordis siempre atenta, cariñosa y disponible para hacer de mi estadía la mejor, un fuerte abrazo para todos !!

Pros:

Muy lindo hotel en general, lo único negativo es el horario tan temprano de cierre de la pileta y la playa.
Al ser un hotel alejado de la ciudad deberían extender el uso de la instalaciones.
El personal excelente.

Nos encantó la estadía, volvería sin duda.
Pros:

Personal muy amable desde la recepción y los mozos siempre con una buena atención. El hotel es bonito y cómodo, la piscina está muy buena, la playa es pequeña pero muy agradable.

Cons:

Todo muy bien, el desayuno bufete muy rico, sin tener tanta variedad pero suficiente.

Pros:

El personal muy amable, las instalaciones estilo rústico chic, el masaje atómico, y la comida!! Lugar especialmente diseñado para el descanso y relajación. Perfecto para escapada en pareja. 💞

Cons:

Si buscas playa, este no es el lugar. Puedes ir en lancha a otras ubicaciones cercanas (no puedes ir caminando), pero aquí el fuerte es su hermosa piscina.

Experiencia agradable con sus limitaciones.
Pros:

La atención del personal y sobre todo de Lordy la recepcionista nos hicieron sentir como en casa, es una persona amigable, amable y divertida! Nos brindó recomendaciones, nos ofreció los mejores momentos para compartir y siempre pensando en que disfrutemos. Sin dudas el hotel es un 10 gracias a ella!

Cons:

La playa no es tan linda como luce en las fotos, la carta del único restaurante es limitada y que durante la estadía se depende todo el tiempo del hotel ya que su ubicación lo vuelve un punto lejano a supermercados, kioscos, etc. El desayuno podría ser más variado para la categoría del hotel.
