Pros:

The hotel is lovely! The staff were wonderful and responded immediately to every request with a smile and genuine care. The breakfast was good, although we did miss having fresh vegetables.

The bedroom was spacious and wonderful. Just note that there is no door separating the shower area. We also missed having a minibar or small refrigerator in the room.

Overall, we had a great stay and a very positive experience, especially after a disappointing stay at another hotel just a few days earlier.

Pros:

Die Lage und das Hotel sind einfach toll. Unkomplizierter Check-in, freundliche Mitarbeiter, moderne Zimmerausstattung und ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Mein Highlight war der Almsee, Entspannung pur. Gerne mal wieder.

Es war einfach nur genial. Vom Empfang, die Zimmer sind ein Traum. Das Frühstück super,es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

In der Toilette ist das Licht über Bewegung zu aktivieren. Wenn man aber etwas länger braucht sitzt man im dunklen und muss kurz aufstehen.

Pros:

Der Spa-Bereich war sehr schön und ruhig. Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl. Für jeden ist etwas dabei.

Cons:

Die Frau an der Rezeption die uns empfangen hat. Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen welches wir gebucht hatten und sie hat uns den Fehler zugeschrieben. Sie kam uns auch nicht entgegen. Das Hotel kam uns auch beim Check out nicht entgegen. Das hätte man alles anders und schöner lösen können.
