Pros:

La atención y la facilidad de los destinos

Cons:

Me quedé encerrada en el baño y no me ayudo ninguno de recepción me ayudó.

Los tour que ofrece y que se vende en el Hostel son valores altos y realmente no se ve la diferencia en el trato el tour, en el mismo habían personas que les habían cobrado $95000 por aparte, y a mi me cobraron $130.000 y realmente no me parece el precio a la calidad y no es lo que ofrecen.

El ambiente del lugar las personas que se hospedan los servicios que ofrecen

Cons:

Que no había toallas ni elementos de aseo deberían ofrecer aunque incremente un poco el costo para uno como viajero implica menos equipaje la verdad no sé si en la descripción decía porque la reserva la hizo mi hija del resto todo muy bien

A Let down on many aspects
Pros:

We had stayed in the mixed 4 bed dorm initially, it had no amenities and was a bad experience, hence we shifted to a double bed with private bathroom, this room had decent space and amenities. Eventually we were able to enjoy the place. The rooftop bar was very happening till 2am.

Cons:

The dorm room that was given to us initially was very bad. Also I came in from other Viajero Hostels with some quality expectations, but the San Andres one did not have those. Was just basic dorm rooms and basic amenities. No hot shower, no microwave in kitchen, not much of good usable utensils as well.
