We stayed here for 2 weeks & had the most incredible time! The food is unreal, staff are wonderful & the rooms/view/pool are all perfect.

Qua prijs is het zeker een redelijk hotel, en je mag het ook allemaal niet als een evidentie beschouwen dat je een jacuzzi krijgt, goedwerkende airco, ruime kamers, ... maar...
Er is veel keuze bij het ontbijt, maar de dranken waren niet vers en de koffie was niet te drinken. Binnen gaf het ontbijt een luid reftergevoel. Er is een terras om te ontbijten, maar helaas staat de ochtendzon vol op het terras en is de zonnewering niet dekkend. De foto's van het zwembad vond ik bedriegelijk, het lijkt wel een olympisch bad en in de werkelijkheid is het veel kleiner. Daarnaast werd onze kamer slechts matig schoongemaakt. De vloer gaf elke dag zwarte vlekken... en hadden we toch kleine gebreken die onze ervaring negatief kleurden: diepvries frieten, uitvallende stroom, wegvallend internet, noodverlichting dat 's nachts in de kamer brandde... Ik zou het een goed 4 sterrenhotel vinden, maar helaas dus ook een matig 5-sterrenhotel.
I like that it was located in an area that felt private and close to everything at the same time.
It was a shame that there was no direct beach access and that you have to go somewhere else to swim on the beach
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel et nous le recommandons sans la moindre hésitation.
Tout d’abord, le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel. C’est un véritable hôtel 5 étoiles qui mérite pleinement cette classification, tant par la qualité des prestations que par l’attention portée aux clients. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait d’être accompagnés jusqu’à notre chambre à notre arrivée, ainsi que la prise en charge de nos bagages jusqu’au parking lors de notre départ.
Nous avons également eu la chance d’être surclassés, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Notre chambre offrait une magnifique vue sur la mer, un vrai bonheur à admirer chaque jour.
Les piscines sont superbes, très bien entretenues, et un point particulièrement appréciable : il n’y a pas de problème de transats réservés des heures à l’avance. Il est donc possible de profiter pleinement des installations dans une ambiance détendue.
Autre détail que nous avons beaucoup apprécié : la télévision proposait Netflix. Bien sûr, on ne vient pas en vacances pour passer son temps devant un écran, mais c’est un vrai plus qui permet, pour ceux qui le souhaitent, de se sentir un peu comme à la maison et de se détendre confortablement après une journée de visite ou de baignade.
Le petit-déjeuner mérite également une mention spéciale. Il était tout simplement excellent, avec un large choix de produits de qualité et de nombreuses options pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Mais au-delà de la qualité du buffet, ce sont surtout les personnes qui y travaillent qui ont marqué notre séjour : elles sont d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriantes, attentionnées et extrêmement accueillantes. Commencer chaque journée avec un tel accueil est un vrai plaisir.
Mention spéciale également à la masseuse, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans une très belle région, parfaite pour découvrir les environs et profiter de paysages magnifiques. Le cadre est charmant, reposant et propice à la détente.
S’il fallait vraiment trouver un point d’amélioration, nous dirions que le personnel au niveau de la piscine, bien que très réactif et serviable, ne maîtrise pas toujours très bien l’anglais, ce qui a parfois rendu la communication un peu compliquée. Cela reste cependant un détail au regard de la qualité globale de l’établissement.

We stayed in a junior suite with a sea view and its own pool - the room was very close to the road, which meant we could see/hear cars and people could see in as they walked past or waited outside the hotel for a taxi. We did ask to change rooms, the hotel were helpful and tried to move us but were unable to as they were fully booked. This was the only negative of our trip.

The pool area is outstanding. Breathtaking views and lovely pools to choose from.
The beach is drive, there isn’t a beach to walk too.
The staff are not knowledgeable at all, they are young and have no experience it seems in hospitality. When you ask for a gin & tonic you have to show them what you want as they don’t know and the tonic is always flat!
The food is well below par .. the coffee at breakfast is from a machine and is terrible!
The buffet breakfast is what you’d expect but not .. they serve tinned fruit, that’s not 5 star.
We had to ask for things in our room as housekeeping is also not 5 start.
I have a food allergy and they could not have been more accommodating, walking me through the buffet, suggesting alternatives and even making one off desserts. Traveling with a food allergy can be really stressful and I can get quite anxious when somewhere new, but for how I was looked after on this point alone I would stay time and time again.
Bottled water was expensive, but nearby Elouda you can purchase instead
