La habitación esta muy bien con la piscina
Limpieza teniamos muchos hormigos, y sobretodo no me gusto que al finalizar el checkout, no me dieron una factura detallada de los costes que pague , la queria porque precisamente tuve un problema con wl servicio de habitaciones que no recibí un plato que pedí .
El desayuno puede mejorar resulta demasiado repetitivo
Everyone at Enorme was absolutely wonderful. The staff was professional and always willing to assist. We had a unit at the top of the hill and we were provided a ride up and/or down when needed. The room and view was spectacular and although we had some rain during our stay, the staff made the best of it. I do recommend renting a car to get around as Crete has so much to offer.
The food for the most part was very good, but for the level of stay, it would be nice for them to step the quality a notch. The cappuccino was absolutely the best and breakfast selections very good.
Sono stata trattata come una principessa: staff cordiale, efficiente e molto ben organizzato. Accoglienza in camera curata nei minimi dettagli. Camere ampie e molto pulite, dotate di tutti gli accessori. La zona piscina era confortevole e rilassante con un un servizio impeccabile. Buffet a colazione e a cena molto assortito e anche il menù a la carte offre piatti ottimi. Direttamente sul mare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura se s'intende trascorrere un soggiorno all'insegna del relax.

Ruhiges Hotel mit tollem Zimmer, mit eigenem Pool. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Grösse. Das Personal haben wir als freundlich empfunden, aber ein bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit wäre schön. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr modern und schön gestaltet.
Die Kritik vom Essen in anderen Kommentaren fanden wir nicht zutreffend. Die Auswahl war vielseitig und vollkommen ausreichend, aber nicht 5 Sterne würdig.

Wir würden uns dem Hinweisen anschließen, dass es sich ehr nicht um ein 5 Sterne Hotel handelt, sondern 4 Sterne. (Qualität beim Essen und Service sind hier besonders ausschlaggebend).
Wir hatten unsere mühe mit der Matratze und sind leider am Morgen mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht, dies ist aber sicher Geschmackssache. Der tolle Sonnenaufgang am Pool, hat uns übers wach werden hinweg getröstet.
Wir waren zur Nebensaison dort, daher hatten wir nur 1x das Problem beim Frühstück auf einen Tisch warten zu müssen, da die Terrasse aufgrund schlechtem Wetter nicht genutzt werden konmte. Aber auch hier der Hinweis, jedes Hotel ist voll zu den klassischen Zeiten (9 bis 10.30).
Almost impossible to find fault. Rooms were lovely, really clean. Really comfortable beds. Pool area amazing and loads of sunbeds which were also really comfortable and of a high standard. In fact there was a buzzer if you need a drink or towel etc while at the pool. Breakfast was excellent too and just a nice walk to elounda. Taxi was 10 euro home.

Das Personal war sehr nett, alles war gepflegt. Bei Feagen wurde einem stehts geholfen.
Ich habe von einer Yoga Matte Flohbisse erhalten, das Hotel hat dieses Anliegen zwar aufgenommen aber ich fühlte mich dennoch nicht so unterstützt.
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist nicht künstlich! Beim erkennen von kleinsten Behinderungen wird sofort Hilfe angeboten.

Не понравилось,что простыни были с дырками от старости, плохая уборка, грязные халаты. Уровень отеля 3 звезды в азиатском регионе. Сервис соответствовал, тем боле , что зарубежный персонал привнес свои манеры сервиса в этот греческий отель. Я как бы просто перенесся в Таиланд. Завтрак бедный, даже выпечка не вкусная. Съедобны только омлет, но каждый день. Кофе надо заказывать, потом ждать и его принесут пол-чашки и тепловатый. Это не 5 звезд совсем.
Das Deluxe Zimmer mit Plungepool, was wir ab dem zweiten Tag hatten, hat alle Erwartungen, die man an ein solches Zimmer hat, voll erfüllt. Auch das Frühstück, was wir mitgebucht hatten, hat alle Wünsche erfüllt und wahrscheinlich noch mehr Optionen offeriert, als wir selber wahrgenommen haben. Alles war frisch zubereitet, ob Kaffee, Eierspeisen oder sonstiges. Die Lage des Hotels ist so, dass man alle Restaurants des Ortes Elounda auch zu Fuß erreichen kann. Neben dem Pool des Zimmers gibt es natürlich auch noch eine Poollandschaft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und genügend Liegestühle, so dass man dort auch immer einen Platz fand.
Das Zimmer, welches wir für die erste Nacht beziehen mussten, war nach Nordosten ausgerichtet, so dass zu keiner Zeit Sonne am Pool oder der Zimmerterrasse schien. Das war für den Preis, den das Zimmer kostet, nicht akzeptabel, wurde dann aber am nächsten Tag auf Anfrage ohne viel Probleme gelöst.
Leider gibt es direkt am Hotel keinen schönen Strand, in dem man leicht ins Mittelmeer gehen kann. Man muss dann schon ein paar hundert Meter laufen, um das zu erreichen.

La camera era diversa da quella mostrata nelle foto. Il servizio era mediocre e la pulizia delle stanze lasciava a desiderare. Inoltre, il ristorante e la piscina erano invasi dalle api.
