SkyPoint Sheremetyevo Hotel

Complete deception at every turn. We stopped at SkyPoint 4* with my wife in the evening at a half-board rate, like a spa hotel. The website does not understand that it turns out that the SkyPoint pool and the Sharpton spa area are two different things. And most importantly, the half-board rate does not even include a swimming pool. You need to pay extra separately.They were not allowed to expand to all inclusive (to pay 3,000 rubles extra). They said they needed a new booking. The hotel is half empty. Let's go to the sheraton. 3000 rubles per person. It turns out that a room in a sheraton with a spa was 20% cheaper than coming to a skypoint.
Then we went to a restaurant for dinner. From there they were sent to a smelly canteen.
The watering can of the soul flowed in different directions. There's a hair on the towel.
The website says the entrance is 14 and the exit is at 14. And 12 has already been kicked out. In short, wherever you go, it's a complete deception. They gave away the money like for a Sheraton in the end, no pleasure, the feeling that they had been ripped off and thrown away. I don't recommend it.

It’s got a cracking location—dead handy for getting around Moscow, and the views from some rooms are proper impressive.
The room was clean and tidy, but the decor felt a tad dated, and the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy (not ideal if you’re working). Breakfast was alright, though nothing to write home about—expected a bit more variety for the price.
Biggest letdown was the noise—walls seemed a bit thin, so you could hear folks in the corridor late at night. Not a disaster, but not exactly relaxing either.

All in all, it’s fine for a short stay if you’re not fussed about luxury, but don’t expect The Ritz. Might stay again if the price were lower!

Very good breakfast starting 05:00 Am. Free transfer to SVO Airport every 20-30 minutes. No chair in the room. Fresh water cooler is on the floor. Good location close to airport. Room clean. Wi-Fi signal in the room is quite poor, but enough to talk via messenger.

We stayed here a few times during our trip to the south of Russia. We travel by car. There is a free parking lot. It is the major size. There are cameras and guards. Every guest can leave his or her car and take a free shuttle bus to the airport.
We are overwhelmed from the hotel, because there are really comfortable beds in all room categories, spacious bathrooms. Here we have a rest after long trip.
If you buy breakfast option, you have pleasure to eat Russian Food for free.

There is issue with WIFI covering and unfortunately staff do nothing to solve the problem.
Breakfast is good with various products, but most of them not for muslims, not so critical.
Issue with WIFI is not the first time, it is real problem if you do not have local sim card.

As per the booking checking in time fixed at 11:00, but receptionist refused to do it. Had access to my room after 14:00 only.

Room had not enough wi-fi coverage and receptionist could not fixed the issue.

It was an average experience. The place is close to the airport but I didn't have the chance to try their breakfast. The schedule of the shuttle to the airport was a bit complicated

Buffet breakfast was great! I really enjoyed fried noodle and 100 % casis juice, both are rarely available in most of hotels in Eastern Europe. Shuttle service to Sheremetyevo Airport is also an asset. I would choose this hotel again.

Had 8 hours layover in SVO. The hotel is super clean & has all basics (TV, Tea kettle). it’s close to SVO & provides a free shuttle bus which runs every 20 min.

Stayed overnight room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was great. Free shuttle goes every 15 minutes from hotel to airport.

Convenient location near Sheremetyevo airport. Friendly and welcoming staff, free airport shuttle, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is good!

The reception girl was very friendly and welcoming and let us check-in earlier.
Free shuttle bus to airport was great and always on time even at night.
Complimentary breakfast was included.
I had an experience of staying with another hotel on my way there (more expensive) and can tell that Skypoint is much better.

Check in in one building - the hotel in the other. Not convenient.
Shuttle from the airport might be very crowded sometimes.
