Food was good, hotel was clean, quiet and in a good neighborhood.

La comida del desayuno estaba fría por lo que pedí calentar y la mesera muy atenta nos resolvio, ademas nos recomendó omelette, el cuál estuvo delicioso.

What started as a short two-night stay at DoubleTree Bogotá Parque 93 turned into five nights, mainly because of the wonderful team at the hotel.

There was a small issue with my original room at check-in, but Carlos, the Front Office Manager, handled it quickly and professionally, making sure I was taken care of. Once settled, I was very pleased with the room. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the sheets and pillowcases were excellent. I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in quite a while.

The restaurant and bar staff were definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Andrés, Nuri, and Stiven worked so well together and brought a level of warmth and service that really stood out. Stiven especially has a great personality and made the experience fun. I truly hope he gets the opportunity to work on a cruise ship one day, because he would be a natural fit and would do very well.

Alexander, the Captain in the restaurant, also made a great impression. He was attentive, welcoming, and clearly made an effort to ensure guests were enjoying themselves. What impressed me most was seeing that he treated every guest with that same care and attention.

At the front desk, Alejandra was calm, professional, and efficient. She may have a more reserved personality, but she clearly knows what she is doing and handles her work with confidence. Amelia was another standout. I am not exactly sure of her role, but she was often visible throughout the hotel, always pleasant, and whenever I casually mentioned something I needed, she made sure it was followed up on.

By the end of my stay, the hotel felt less like just another stop and more like a place where the staff genuinely cared. DoubleTree Bogotá Parque 93 is very fortunate to have this team, and honestly, other hotels in Colombia would be lucky to have employees like these.

La ubicacion exepcional, el desayuno bien, creo que podria ser un poco mas variado y mejorar los panes

I usually don’t leave bad reviews and wait to see if things get better with the passing of days, but here everything is getting worse. Our experience from front desk to restaurant had been terrible (With the exception of Nuri Ricaurte, she has been extremely nice and helpful). They never acknowledged you, during breakfast we waited 20 min before someone came and offered coffee, needless to say that there were only two other tables there. We came this afternoon and asked the front desk if he could place a request for someone to bring ice to the room, he said that we needed to come to the room and call room service and do it myself, again no body else was there, so he was not busy and like that so many complaints of poor customer service. We stayed here before and had a very good experience, but definitely this new staff need to learn some manners and customer service before dealing with guests.

El hotel se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de todo lo de mayor interés en la ciudad, el desayuno esta bien aunque podría ser mejor

Phenomenal staff and service. I would personally stay at this hotel again as the staff is attentive to your every need and make you feel at home.

From the moment I arrived Steven Barrera made his presence noticeable and difference in my stay. He was not only professional and attentive, but genuinely warm in a way that made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Every interaction felt effortless—he anticipated needs before I even had to ask and handled everything with calm confidence and a positive attitude.

What stood out most was his ability to elevate small moments into something memorable. Whether it was assisting with luggage, offering helpful recommendations, or simply greeting me with a smile, he consistently created an experience that felt thoughtful and personal rather than routine.

It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their role and understands how much impact they can have on a guest’s overall experience. Because of him, my stay felt smoother, more comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. He is a true asset to the hotel, and I hope his efforts are recognized.

Best service and attention especially in the breakfast area.

El alojamiento es bonito y bien ubicado. El gimnasio en bien dotado , el espacio de la piscina es agradable para descansar , el desayuno estuvo variado y bueno. El personal amable y atento.

Temperature control in the room was stuck on hot! Our room was 25 degrees all night. No hot water in jacuzzi either
