Everything About the hotel it was absolutely perfect. Staff was amazing and so helpful. Location was wonderful but I was there during low season so none of the little village’s stores were open. Ate most my dinners at the Greek restaurant next doors and a delicious breakfast was served in the hotel’s small dining area.
Can’t think of anything I didn’t know
We greatly enjoyed our three nights here in the family connected rooms. As far as we could tell we were the only guests on the property for a couple of nights, and our kids enjoyed having the run of the area and meeting the property's many cats and kittens. Of all the places we stayed on our three week vacation, breakfast at Cappadocia Estates was by far their favorite. We appreciated the quality and variety, and my 5yo is still talking about how much she loved their pancakes, post-trip.
Reasons I can't give five stars: flooring panel coming up slightly in the primary bedroom when stepped on. A/C was available in the primary bedroom but not the kids' room downstairs. Which at the price point I would have expected. We could not get hot water in the room for sink or tub until maintenance turned it on for us after we couldn't figure out how to get hot water while showering. The tub released some black gunk into the water when using the jets. That said, it really is a beautiful estate with spacious rooms and outstanding staff, with minor need of updating or repair.
Beautiful, estate-like hotel in the very quiet Mustafapasa. The cave rooms are gorgeous and quite comfortable. Very nice bathrooms and good wi-fi. No air conditioning, but you're basically underground so you really don't need it. Excellent custom breakfast with great service. Helpful staff that assisted us in arranging a hot air balloon ride and sending mail.
The rooms can feel a bit damp, but that is just the nature of being in a cave, it wasn't bad at all. Mustafapasa is a VERY quiet town with just a handful of restaurants. It's very charming, with historic cave dwellings all over, just something to be aware of. We had a car, so it wasn't an issue for us.
The staff was wonderful, the room was great, and the breakfast was exceptional.
Everything. Definitely a unique cave hotel in a unique location.
Lovely property in a charming village. Friendly staff and great breakfast.
Beautiful property, very personal service. They were waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel. Comfy beds, large rooms. Loved the jacuzzi tub and heated bathroom floor! Excellent breakfasts, too.
Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. The town is a lovely small community that has some good dining options.
I loved our 4 day stay at Cappadocia Estates Hotel! Every aspect of our stay here was outstanding. The buildings and grounds are just beautiful and the atmosphere was spell-binding. Our superior cave room was a delight and very comfortable. The management team and staff could not have been any better and went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. Their level of service was superior. Particular thanks to both Yunus and Ismail for your outstanding service. You made our stay so pleasurable and we felt truly pampered. Cappadoccia Estates was a highlight of our trip to Turkey and I highly recommend you stay here if you want a more peaceful setting than the bustle of Goreme. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else if I ever get another opportunity to visit Cappadocia.
Beautiful property with cave rooms b
Lots is steps- just kidding, it is on a hill with cave housing so, of course, steps. Hotel brought suitcases up to us.
Nice and well set up facilities, apparently being expanded, nice buiding with different environments, we stay in 1st floor room with a small window to the patio, would have appreciated AA, good breakfast. From my perpective, if you have a car, worth considering as alternative to stay in Goreme for visiting Capadoccia.
A gem. Amazing, spacious cave room that was well equipped. Ismael was an amazing host, friendly and helpful as was our host at the Cavern. A breakfast to die for. This is definitely on our list of places to return to.
Excellent, clean and luxurious rooms. Its a little outside town but nothing in that area is close by. You either rent a car in Cappadocia or use taxi. Ismail was great. Extremely kind, friendly, helpful and professional. He took good care of us. He even packed our breakfast in a bag because we were leaving early morning before breakfast was served.
Yunis was super helpful. His advice and direction added immeasurably to a wonderful stay in Cappadocia. We are so happy to have chosen Mustafapasa, too. Though a bit off the Cappadocia tourist route, it is still central to the major sites and feels much more authentic than the larger visitor-frequented towns. We loved it!
Only minor inconvenience was inconsistent Wifi in our room, though this seemed common at other venues in town. Wifi was always good in the restaurant snd public lounge room.
The hotel is located in the town of Mustafapasa, 4 km from Urgup, and so it was much quieter than Urgup or Goreme. Breakfasts were fantastic!
We ate dinner at the nearby Old Greek House both nights just because the food was so good, the ambiance beautiful, and the staff friendly. A great choice if you prefer less dust and noise after a busy day of sightseeing.
A secluded property providing a quiet space for relaxation with an incredible view and amazing rooms. The hotel is located near a town for restaurants. The breakfast is fulfilling and very Turkish like. The staff is always attentive and ready to accommodate your needs as well as facilitating transportation to local attractions. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Staff were really nice
