Sehr schönes, angenehmes Hotel, ich komme gerne wieder. Ich war auch schon 1972 dort.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Zimmer groß und angenehm. Ich habe allerdings nicht nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt, weil ich das nicht brauche und das pulsierende Leben der Innenstadt vorziehe. Ich habe daher die Fenster weit geöffnet und hinausgeschaut, als am Abend die Studenten, die am 23. Mai von der großen Demonstration zurückkamen, zu Tausenden vor dem Hotel vorbeizogen.

Pros:

Location was amazing.
Clean hotel.

Cons:

Poor noise isolation, bad pillow, breakfast was ok. Hotel staff not very friendly. 4 stars is overrated for what the hotel offers.
45€ for airport transfer is overpriced. I was scared to take a taxi alone at the time of my arrival or if I would manage to get one (1:30 AM) so booked this service, but there were plenty of taxis at the airport and price is fixed ~30€.

Excellent comfortable room, staff service mixed
Pros:

The room was lovely - very well arranged, quite high spec of decoration, really nice bathroom and quiet

Cons:

The staff were mixed, some were not particularly polite or helpful
A €30 fee to have a dog in the room seemed excessive - about 30% added onto the room price!!
