Alles in allem ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub
Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal, toller Spa-Bereich, schönes Ambiente , tolles Essen

Cons:

Zimmer zu warm und kein Balkon. Reinigungspersonal und Hausmeister schmeißen einen aus dem Bett. Es wurde zwar geklopft aber im selben Moment standen die schon im Zimmer. Reingungspersonal fängt schon um 7:30 Uhr an und ist dabei sehr laut. Wir hatten nach dem 1.Vorfall extra „Bitte nicht stören“ raus gehangen aber man bekam den Eindruck , sie wollte einen aus dem Bett werfen.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Muy buena experiencia, hotel fantástico y ubicado en una zona privilegiada.

Cons:

La mampara de la ducha perdía agua y el suelo del baño se inundaba al usar la ducha.
No había aire acondicionado en la habitación, en los días de calor que hemos tenido en Julio hubiera ido perfecto.

Pros:

Great place, wish I was staying longer. A little pricy, but I didn't have a car and was coming to paraglide and it was very convenient for that. The super pass was included with the room (which wasn't apparent to me) which improved the value for me since I used the gondola and bus. Overall, great stay, would recommend.

Cons:

I wished there were yoga mats in the fitness room, which was a bit cramped and there was one mat under a machine that was quite dirty so I didn't bother with it. It was exceptionally hot weather when I was there and I was a little concerned about not having AC in the room. It was ok, but a fan or some airflow (or screened windows to leave them open but without bugs) would have been nice.

Pros:

Les équipements de l'espace spa sont vraiment de bonne facture.
Nous n'avons pas été déçu pas le petit déjeuner ainsi que le dîner

Cons:

La chambre propre mais un peu vieillote et la qualité du matelas est en dessous des standards.

Rundum erholsame Tage...
Pros:

Am Empfang und auch das Servicepersonal waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und das Abendessen jeweils sehr lecker. Auch die Jause am Nachmittag hatte jeweils mehr als genügend grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Köstlichkeiten.
