Un soggiorno piacevole in una struttura curata con alcuni aspetti migliorabili.
Pros:

Grande attenzione alle famiglie con bambini, soprattutto per gli spazi e le attività dedicate al gioco. Molto piacevoli anche le piscine e particolarmente curati il giardino e gli spazi esterni dell’hotel. Colazione di buon livello, con una buona qualità complessiva dei prodotti. Staff cortese.

Cons:

Il menu serale per bambini meriterebbe maggiore attenzione, soprattutto per i più piccoli. Capisco la volontà di proporre prodotti tipici locali, ma ad esempio i würstel non sono la scelta ideale per bambini sotto i due anni. Sarebbero utili alternative più semplici e adatte.

A colazione migliorerei anche l’offerta dei prodotti da forno, sia per varietà sia per qualità.

Per la cena degli adulti, i piatti principali sono stati generalmente buoni, mentre gli antipasti ci sono sembrati meno all’altezza della struttura, con diversi prodotti già preparati. Personalmente preferirei meno scelta, ma un livello qualitativo superiore.

Infine, al check-in avrei apprezzato qualche informazione in più sulle iniziative, i servizi e le opportunità offerte dall’hotel, che abbiamo scoperto solo dopo alcuni giorni, così da poter sfruttare meglio tutto ciò che la struttura mette a disposizione.

Struttura molto bella soprattutto con bambini
Pros:

Pulizia impeccabile, piscina e giardino bellissimi per godersi le giornate soprattutto con bambini. Posizione comoda per girare la zona con treno o bus gratuiti.

Cons:

Il buffet alla sera è solo di insalate. Il programma della settimana andrebbe dato il giorno di arrivo e non la domenica altrimenti i primi giorni non si sanno le attività presenti.

Dobrý poměr cena - výkon.
Pros:

Majitel hotelu pracoval 24/7 spolu s celou rodinou, stejně tak personál. Dokonalá souhra, myslí se i na detaily. Skvělá bohatá snídaně, velký výběr sýrů, uzenin i vegetariánských snídaní. Výběr z deseti džusů, volný výběr kvalitního tropického ovoce. Jedna z nejlepších snídaní.

Cons:

Hotel je v Korutanech v krásném údolí poblíž Italie, je to trochu z ruky, cca 600 km. Výhoda ale je, že tam nepotkáte mnoho Čechů a máte pocit, že jste skutečně v civilizovaném světě.
