Die Lage war gut, der Ort Skiathos war zu Fuss innerhalb von ca. 12 Minuten erreichbar.
Wunderschöne Terrasse mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht, 2 Badezimmer.
Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und generell gut ausgestattete Küche.

Cons:

Wir haben den Owner nie zu Gesicht bekommen. Eigentlich hätte ich gerne ein bisschen Infos bekommen.

Struttura ideale fuori dal centro ma vicino a molti servizi
Pros:

Ho prenotato tre appartamenti per alcuni miei familiari e si sono trovati benissimo! la vista è meravigliosa e gli appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario. Vicino alla struttura c’è una fermata del bus che permette di girare molte spiagge dell’isola, anche la vicinanza a Megali Ammos è un grandissimo punto a favore! Il proprietario Stavros è una persona fantastica, sempre disponibile e reperibile. Mi ha aiutato nell’organizzazione del soggiorno dei miei parenti ed ha aiutato loro una volta arrivati alla struttura! Consiglio davvero di soggiornare qui!

Viihdyimme hyvin, isäntämme Stavros oli oikein ystävällinen ja avulias.
Pros:

Sijainti oli hieman haastava jyrkän ylämäen takia mutta maisemat olivat kyllä upeat.

Cons:

Ilmastointi ei toiminut yhdessä makuuhuoneessa+ aurinkovarjo oli liian pieni parvekkeella antamaan varjoa pöydän äärellä istujille.
Vuoteissa olisi pitänyt olla sijaupatjat pehmentämään kovia patjoja

Cons:

Wi-Fi was non existent until it got sorted the second day I was there. Apparently it's been an ongoing issue. Very much up an incline so not suitable if you have mobility issues

Great property with good location and use of pool
Pros:

Location was nice away from hustle of Skiathos town but close enough to walk there.
Was great to have use of pool at Nicholas apartments.

Cons:

WiFi didn’t work so hosts replaced the modem which worked for a while but also went off at end of holiday. It didn’t ruin the holiday though or stop me booking again.

My beautiful refuge in the sky in Skiathos!
Pros:

A great location close to Megali Ammos beach and a short walk into the main port. There is easy access to the airport from the bus stop nearby and the bus also goes to other parts of the islands. Supermarkets are right there and the kitchen facilities made it easy to have basic snacks on hand and go out to tavernas for other meals. I loved sitting on the verandah and taking in the magnificent view. Vasia and Stavros were wonderful hosts, always around to answer my questions.

Cons:

The hotel is on a steep hill, like many of the hotels in Skiathos, and there are some stairs so you get the wonderful view. I was very happy with this but it wouldn’t suit everyone.

Pros:

Lage sehr gut und ruhig. Stavros war sehr nett, aber der Transfer kostet inzwischen 25 Euro pro Fahrt.

Cons:

Die küchenspüle und das Waschbecken nicht gepflegt und auch im Schrank könnte es sauberer sein. Man könnte die in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung mit schönen Details und Geschmack etwas aufpeppen und schon wäre es einladender.
