This was my 2nd trip here, the last was in 2018. They have added a 2nd pool and a lovely spa. The Mango Restaurant continues to be delicious, affordable and with excellent service. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. What makes this place TRULY special is the natural environment and tropical landscaping. On our first day, we saw howler monkeys and 3 red macaws! The jungle is exploding with life. Some trees have so many plants, flowers and vines growing that you can't even see the trunk! It is a nature lover's paradise and is worth every peso. It is the only place I will stay in Palenque!! Keep up the great work and change nothing. Thank you team La Aldea!!

No habia teléfono en las habitaciones para pedir las órdenes de comida a la habitacion.

El bosque, la alberca y la comida son excelentes
En las habitaciones 31 a la 33 hace falta más cortinas para oscurecer. Por la noche entra mucha luz de los pasillos y no hay como tapar las ventanas.

La alberca, falta limpieza, el piso de la alberca enlamado en zonas y el aire aco dicionado no funcionaba correctamente

Los mangos tirados se pudren y huelen feo, no los recogen.
Las habitaciones están dentro de la naturaleza, la alberca bastante amplia y limpia, el personal muy amable y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas
L’hôtel est bien situé, les bungalows sont spacieux et la piscine très bien.
Le personnel a l’accueil et au restaurant étaient très sympathique.
Nous avons pris un massage relaxant mais il n’était pas vraiment relaxant. La masseuse n’était pas agréable, elle montrait clairement qu’elle n’avait pas envie. Ses gestes étaient trop rapide et pas assez précis
Nice large clean room, comfy bed, huge pool, nice well maintained gardens. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was okay. Small store at reception for snacks and basic supplies. Easy cab ride into town or to the ruins. Room was a little tired but overall it's a nice relaxing hotel.
Restaurant was closed on two of our nights, but admittedly it was low season and there were few guests. There are restaurants within walking distance and it's an easy and cheap cab ride into town.
