Great location, the staff has excellent customer service, an it’s a good value for the price you pay.
Pros:

It was a very strategic location. The neighborhood was great!

Cons:

The gym had a terrible smelled that never got away. Also, some of the machines were not working.

Cons:

The TV is big enough but there is no cable service nor even over-the-air channels available. I also requested to the hotel a taxi service from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the airport. In both cases the taxi never showed up.

Room in second floor was noisy due to parking door noise, I think this could and should be fixed.
But staff were helpful to change the room which was great and very calm

A Good Place To Stay at Hotel Chico 97

I genuinely liked my stay at Hotel Chico 97 because the area is quiet, safe, and accessible. It is a good place with friendly and helpful staff. Also, the bed is comfortable; my sleep was so sound and sweet while I was at the hotel. The cleanliness is also highly appreciated.

If there is something to improve, it would be more breakfast options.
