Service is Excellent, people really nice. The food at room service really bad, steak was super salty, no tender, the rice was old and no flavor and the salad was bad as well. The food and restaurants in Bogota are amazing, but not in this hotel

No heaters available, only 2 in the entire hotel and they were already being used by others because the rooms get very cold at night, to the point we ended up getting sick after staying for 3 nights. Besides that, the hotel is nice, good rates and location.

Es un hotel pequeño y el restaurante lo que tiene muy rico y completo es el desayuno. Las otras comidas q ofrecen no. La cena no tienen casi nada q ofrecer. El cuarto es pequeño pero còmodo.
