Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The rooms were nice, beds were super comfortable. The pool was great, kids had a blast and hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen. Lots of selection and everything one could expect.

Checking in ash was very professional and welcoming after I checked into my room I came back down to ask for help printing out some paperwork Ash was more than happy to help

Disappointed and never gonna stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast is bit okay

Cons:

We stay for 2 night and the first night we don’t have any heat in the room. We tried to on the heater but it didn’t work over the night. Because of that my daughter was god sick. Totally disappointed. Next day when we informed they give us another room but not same with what we selected to stay.
