Cons:

We had a double queen suite and one of the beds was not comfortable as it had the hump in the middle. Expect a little more from a hotel.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful! This how a hotel experience should be. Even though the building is 10 years old, it felt like it was brand new. So clean and beautiful.

We will be back! The kids had a blast!

Everything was great. This staff is extremely friendly and personable. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The pool area was great for the kids. Breakfast was great as well. They let us eat downstairs with our own food last night which was amazing because some hotels don't let you and it's frustrating. We really appreciated that. My 8-year-old grandson said Oma, why are all hotel beds so comfortable? He said they all feel the same nice and cool and comfortable and they all smell the same. He asked why they all smell the same and I said well maybe that's how they get you to want to come back and he said that's kind of cheating LOL. And I said what do you mean by that? And he said to make it smell so good so you want to come back. He woke up this morning and said I had such a great sleep. The bed is so comfortable and nice and cool.

Cons:

I had spoken with someone last week and arranged for late checkout at noon today for both of our rooms and some lady came to the door asking if we were checking out and I explained to her that we had late checkout and she said there was no note of it anywhere which was frustrating but she was extremely friendly and nice and said not to worry about it and she just left.

Great stay overall for the facilities, staff and breakfast. There was cigarette smoke down the hall.
Pros:

All of the above were rated well so no need to repeat.

Cons:

I could smell cigarette smoke down the hall from our room, wasn't very pleased with that.
