Staff was ok, facility was NOT CLEAN for $160/night

There were long black hair throughout the room, in my sheets, on the towels
And the room I specifically chose online, was NOT available upon my arrival.
The room I received instead did have a kitchenette BUT NO TUB

Pros:

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience for us.

Cons:

We asked for extra pillows as we have a little one but unfortunately, we were told there won't be anything until the next day. I wish these small things are well anticipated regardless of the day of the week.

Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The rooms were nice, beds were super comfortable. The pool was great, kids had a blast and hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen. Lots of selection and everything one could expect.

Checking in ash was very professional and welcoming after I checked into my room I came back down to ask for help printing out some paperwork Ash was more than happy to help
