Perfect for Business Travellers - Highly Recommend!

I wanted to take the time to write this hotel a glowing review - this is my hotel of choice when I travel to Edmonton for work and I have stayed here many times. I am a Marriott Platinum Elite with nearly life time status and have stayed in a lot of properties in my work travels. The staff here are always amazing, rooms are clean, amenities are great and I love the Central Social Hall Resturant. Perfect place if I need to have a quick business meal for breakfast/lunch or dinner or just eat before or after I am done working. Will also mention that the location is great, I can access different parts of the city very easily. You guys are amazing - thank you!

This hotel is fantastic and ill be back.
Pros:

This hotel smells AMAZINGGGGGGG!! Every single area. You walk into the lobby and it smells so clean and almost homey...and the elevators smell so good toooooooo!!

Cons:

I wish the coffee was on all day.

It was decent
Pros:

Staff were nice. Room was clean

Cons:

Hot tub was filthy. Literally could see the dirt on the bottom of it. The jets barely worked

Pros:

I had an black apple cell phone on charge beside my bed and it was stollen by the room cleaners . it could have fallen to the side and then was under the bed or behind the side table but I looked there and it was not there.

I have been billed twice. Despite sending so many messages, no response provided. Hotel charged my credit card but staff could not check the same and had to pay again on arrival. Poor communication and concern for guest. Had an embarrassing situation as room was booked as a gift for a married couple.

Pros:

The hotel is very unappealing. Cold and cavernous.
Paid $20 pp for breakfast when we signed up and got a coupon for $15 at third party restat while basic breakfast was $20. Hotel staff refused to deal with issue. So far Expedia is just as bad. No news channels on the Tv.
