Die Lage ist sehr gut, Frühstück ausgezeichnet, spa Bereich und Dachpool sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr alt, Möbel durchgesessen, Vorhange alt und ging nicht zu, dass alles von der Stasse gesehen wird. Die Glässer wurden alle 5 schmutzig stehen gelassen und nicht gewechselt, keine Kühlschrank mit minibar, kein Wasserkocher. Die Toillette - eine Katastrophe, ohne Lüftung und gleich sehr schlecht gerochen, auch sehr alt - die Toilettendeckel gingen nicht von alleine zu und fielen mit einem lauten Knall herunter. Sowas schon lange nicht gesehen. Also Hotel schön von außen, von innen unseres Zimmer war nicht mal 2 Sterne Hostel.

Week's Ski March '26 with Friends
Pros:

Neue Post is both sophisticated and relaxed. Wonderful facilities include the spa and rooftop pool. Location is perfect for parking or the train station with fantastic views. The kitchen is amazing, we really enjoyed our food and choices of local wines. Well appointed comfortable and quiet room. Great friendly service and warm atmosphere - you see the owner around and know everyone cares.

Pros:

Perfekt läge nära järnvägsstationen. Frekventa skidbussar för den mycket korta turen till gondolen. Fantastisk frukost. Fina faciliteter inkl. förvaring av skidor i grannfastigheten.

מלון יפהפה מטופח מתוחזק ברמה גבוהה. צוות מקסים. מומלץ ביותר.

קיבלנו חדר מהמם עם יציאה למרפסת גג, בהמשך עברנו לחדר משפחתי מעוצב ויפהפה. היחס של הצוות מתחשב ואכפתי, אני רוצה לציין במיוחד את סלינה מהקבלה שעשתה מעל ומעבר עבורנו, לנוכח סיטואציה מורכבת של הזמנות מרובות ושינויים.
כל צוות המסעדה פשוט מקסימים, וטיפלו בנו במסירות, הביאו לנו מנות צמחוניות שבכלל לא מופיעות בתפריט, כל מה ששאלנו מייד נענה בשמחה וברצון. זה משנה את כל הביקור.
המתקנים של המלון מעולים, הכל נקי ומצוחצח. מומלץ ביותר!

Our second stay and we will be back!
Pros:

Such a beautiful place, we’ve stayed in two other hotels in Mayrhofen but Neue Post is our favourite. The hotel is very modern and upmarket, rooms are immaculately clean and food is superb. The spa is an absolute highlight with drinks at the rooftop pool. (When we tried another hotel we actually paid to use the Neue Post Spa because it was warmer than the outdoor pool we had elsewhere). Our only critique is that my husband would really have loved a burger or schnitzel on the menu as he enjoys the simpler things but we didn’t actually ask for this option so it may well have been granted had we have asked.

Absolutely wonderful!
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! We especially enjoyed our suite right by the pool — beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The kids stayed in a fantastic family suite and loved it as well. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Although it’s a bit far from the Penkenbahn lift, there’s a ski bus stop conveniently located right outside the hotel entrance. The ski room is perfect — very comfortable and conveniently located right on the main street, with easy-to-use lockers that make everything simple and organized.

Hotel Neu Post is an excellent choice in Mayrhofen for a high end experience - the hotel is superb.
Pros:

The hotel is close to the station and ski buses in Mayrhofen. It is a well established hotel, which synergises tradition with modernity and the establishment is in superb condition throughout. Rooftop pool is fantastic and is heated! A fully comprehensive breakfast buffet is provided. Rooms are very plush as are the communal areas.

Cons:

Prices for a late checkout of a booked room or suite are very expensive, although baggage storage and use of changing room in pool area are offered as a complimentary alternative if one wishes to ski / board on their day of departure.

A fantastic stay — will be back
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay in the very town center of Mayrhofen. The staff was extremely help and welcoming, I arrived late and check-in was quick and easy. I loved the atmosphere in the hotel and my rooms was very clean and had a great view from the balcony. In the room there is everything that is needed, there was no noise from outside. The wellness center and swimming pool on the roof are amazing. This hotel is really great value for money. I'll definitely be back.

Great family ski trip in tyrol
Pros:

We've stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as a family with a kid and a baby.
We came very late at night due to some delays, they communicated with me that they would leave us food in the room so we wouldn't go to sleep on an empty stomach with is a nice gesture, also at 01:30 a.m someone was there to help us with the luggage even though they are not operating at this time at night super from their side.

The hotel has parking lot near by, the room was specious and we had the baby crib we requested in advance, the breakfast was superb many choices so even our little picky kid found what to eat.

We ate both at the hotel dinner and at the al la cart restaurant with friends both were great!

We used the indoor pool on the -1, the kids room, and the open heated pool on level 3, everything was perfect.

Ski room is spacious and has heating both for boots and gloves which is nice, although I don't know what happens if both kids and parents are skiing there won't be enough room for all. (but that wasn't our situation)

would definitely come again, one my best stays in a long time, the biggest thing is how helpful and attentive the hotel staff, without a dough they keep everything to a very high standard!
