Schönes Hotel zum wandern und erholen im Zillertal
Pros:

Schöner rooftop Pool mit Aussicht auf die Berge, guter Wellnessbereich, leckeres Essen, Verpflegung mit der HP insgesamt sehr gut, auch das Mittagsangebot. Sportmassage durch Goran nach dem Steinbocklauf war überragend!

Cons:

Für mich persönlich etwas viel zum selbst holen am Buffet beim Abendmenü. Sich im Hotel mit den Aufzügen zurechtzufinden. Zu viele Stilmixe über das ganze Hotel hinweg in den verschiedenen Bereichen

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, waren nur für eine Nacht
Pros:

Top Lage, wir nutzten vom Wellnessbereich nur den Dachpool weil es zu warm für das weitere Angebot war. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war vielfältig.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, im Zimmer war es sehr warm. Das Fenster konnten wir nachts nicht öffnen, da es sehr laut war (Zimmer zur Hauptstraße)

Cons:

Rooftop-Pool war manchmal sehr voll.
Lautstärke im Indoorpool teilweise sehr laut.
Aber das ist nur Ningel auf hohen Niveau, kann auch aufgrund der Sommersaison und der zahlreichen Gäste liegen.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

Fabulous friendly staff and the superior family room was so spacious, with a bathroom each and spotlessly clean. We chose half board and the food was lovely, with a great selection. It was nice that you had a different set menu each evening rather than just a buffet. Location is also excellent, only 2 mins walk from the station and close to shops the cable cars etc. Lots also to do in the hotel itself, with swimming, gym, games room, pool table and lots of board games in the bar area, our daughter loved it. We would definitely go back!

Cons:

It was hard to fault, the only thing we would have liked was a fan in the room, we were there during the summer heatwave and it was very hot!
