What a find ... we will be back!
Pros:

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Our room (Kirchberg Suite 501) was fantastic with a huge balcony and amazing views. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful and spotless (it really was a good as the photos which isn't always the case). Unusually for us we decided to opt for half board and have to say the food was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a wide choice and the evening meal (4 courses) was also great although the salad buffet followed by our choice of main course were usually more than sufficient for us.
The location is excellent with access to a lot of the alpine lifts in a short bus, train or car ride and the station and bus stops are very close by. The town itself is lovely with a few shops, bike hire, and several bars and restaurants.
And finally the staff ... everyone was so nice and helpful and certainly added to our overall experience.
We feel we are quite discerning in our choices of where we stay and with our feedback so its rare for us to heap praise on like this. We stayed 5 nights and often the gloss starts to fade after a few days, but not for us, not here. We are already thinking about when we will return for our next visit.

Cons:

A small pool in the garden would have been nice, especially after long hikes or cycle rides but understand thats not much use in the winter!!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel macht von außen schon einen sehr guten Eindruck. Liegt zentral in Kirchberg und guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren. Kleine Geschäfte liegen um die Ecke. Freundlicher Empfang vom Personal. Wir hatten 2 verschiedene Zimmerkategorien gebucht. Damit wir aber auf einer Etage wohnen konnten hat uns das Hotel, ohne Nachfrage, ein Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer gegeben. Die Zimmer/Suite waren sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Haben vom erstens an gut darin geschlafen. Abendessen war hervorragend. Salat, Suppen, Antipasti konnte man sich vom Buffet nehmen. Das Hauptgericht konnte man sich am Vortag von 3 Gerichte. Auswählen. Dessert gab es auch noch. Frühstück gab es in Buffetform. Alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden. Verschiedene Eierspeisen frisch gemacht. Das Servicepersonal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Einen Tag in der Woche gab
es auf der Terrasse einen Grillabend der auch keine Wünsche offen lies. Unsere Ebikes konnten wir sicher unterstellen und auch Parkplätze waren reichlich vorhanden. Rundum eine schöne Zeit. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Es wäre schön wenn es auf der 4. Etage mehr Privatsphäre auf den Balkonen gäbe.
