This is my first negative review. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly experienced staff being rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. There were a few employees who stood out in a positive way. Daniel from the kitchen and Victor at reception were both friendly, welcoming, and professional. There was also one from the bar that was kind.

It's a shame because our large family came here excited to spend quality time together, but the repeated negative interactions with the staff became one of the main things we remember from our stay. We never felt truly comfortable or welcome.

I understand that every hotel has busy moments and that mistakes can happen. However, there is no excuse for making guests feel like they are a burden. A friendly attitude and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing during much of our stay.

Bon séjour assuré pour rapport qualité prix trés correct
Pros:

Hôtel correspondant à un standard de 4 étoiles, personnel sympathique, literie relativement bonne, état de la chambre plutôt satisfaisant.
Partie piscine très correcte surtout avec la zone toboggan idéale pour les enfants ( jusqu’à 11/12 ans maximum),cependant le bassin piscine et les transats sont demandés en période estivale comme tous les hôtels .
Nombreux transats disponibles autour de la piscine
Buffet copieux et choix varié, repas à thèmes tous les soirs
Animations pour les enfants le soir en extérieur (musique, chansons, jeux..)
Plage à proximité à pied ( moins de 5 min)
Parking fermé et sécurisé avec accès direct depuis l’hôtel disponible pour la somme de 18e / jours, attention peu de places sont disponibles (environ une douzaine) sinon il vous sera proposé un stationnement extérieur standard aux alentours de l’hôtel avec horodateur.
L’hôtel pourra également vous proposer un stationnement dans un parking extérieur fermé situé à 900 m moyennant la somme de 5 e par jour.

Cons:

certains clients réservent leur transat le matin dés l’ouverture en posant leurs serviettes dessus alors qu'ils n'arrivent que dans l’après midi.
L'eau est payante le soir lors du diner ( comme bcp d’hôtels)
Cohue lors du petit déjeuner ou diner sur certains plat qui se font en cuisson minute avec un chef qui attend votre commande ( croque monsieur ou omelette et œuf le matin) et viande grillée le soir, cependant le buffet offre un large choix mais ce point reste à améliorer a mon avis

Pros:

Buen hotel para ir con niños, con toboganes en la piscina y muy cerca de la playa. Buffet bien. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Personal de limpieza muy amables.

Cons:

El parking. No lo puedes reservar, va por orden de llegada y son pocas plazas. A nosotros nos anotaron en una lista de espera y al tercer día conseguimos plaza. Por los alrededores hay sitio pero zona azul. Por otro lado creo que debería haber más información sobre alergenos en el buffet.

Location was good,close to the beach.Hotel bar was pretty good priced.

Cons:

Hotel parking is 18 euro per day if available.swimming area was small compared to the size of the hotel.
Very noisy and crowded dining area not possible to sit outside.
Night events where very low budget with blown speaker system.
