Pros:

シングルルームはこじんまりしていますが清潔で快適に過ごせました。バスルームはバスタブと固定式ではないシャワーなのがよかったです。
他の方の口コミで日本語ができるスタッフがいるとの事でしたが、私が行った時は見かけませんでしたが、スタッフは皆様親切でした。
空港送迎は800ルーブルと高めですが、深夜着初ロシアだったので頼んでよかったです。

Amazing and extremely helpful staff. Great Breakfast. Location is next to a very modern mall, but not in city center. The location is away from the tourist attractions. Also, the bed and furniture of the rooms are looking tired.

不慣れなことが多くなにもわからなかったが、本当に親切に対応してくれました。

Все хорошо, но раньше ресторан радовал больше

Останавливалась не один раз, но оба последних раза ресторан был закрыт на спец. Обслуживание. Не очень приятно прилететь поздно вечером и получить возможность заказать блюда только в номер. Завтраки тоже изменились, на мой взгляд в худшую сторону , хотя они по прежнему для завтраков очень хороши.

深夜のイルクーツク空港到着便だったのでホテルにシャトルタクシーをメールであらかじめ頼んだのですが、配車可能だが800ルーブル必要と回答がありました。そのため、精算時に800ルーブルをホテルに払いましたが帰りの空港へは通常のタクシーで移動しましたがその料金は200ルーブルでした。あまりの違いに驚きました。

タイトルにも書いたように、部屋が割と狭く、成人男性２人では窮屈であった。
部屋は綺麗で暖かく、朝食も美味しいてんはとてもよかった。

格調高く親切なホテル

2泊予約をし、2日目の深夜に出発しました。
日本語を話せるフロントスタッフがいて、こちらの要望をすべて実行してくれました。（チェックアウトの時間やタクシーの手配、その他いくつかの要望）
年配のドアマンもとてもまじめな仕事ぶりでした。
今まで何箇所かロシアのホテルに滞在しましたが、その中でもっとも良いホテルです。

シングルの部屋を予約していましたが、「ホテルからのプレゼントです」と、ダブルのシングルユースが用意されていました。（誕生日直後だったから？）

設備とコンディションの星が一つ少ない理由は、１．ヒーターの温度が少し低かった。夜中に寒くて目が覚めた。２．ルームエアコンはエラーが出て動かなかった。（夏用？）３．セキュリティボックスの使用説明書があったが、説明書に書いてあるボタンはセキュリティボックスにはなかった。

無料のWi-Fiがあり使用時間の制限があるけれど快適です。毎日ボトルウォーターが追加されます。

朝食ビュッフェも美味しくて堪能しました。
またイルクーツクに行くときはぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。
