The breakfast was great. Clean, comfy rooms with everything you like. Parking in the basement was safety and good. Staff was friendly, helpful. Location is OK, tram and bus stop few steps from hotel. Grocery shop in the building.

Cons:

The noise of the other guest is quite big. You can clearly hear the people next door talking. And you can not close door quietly. You have to smash it to have it lock. Not very good when you have late coming neighbors.

I do not recommend this hotel.

When booking, I clearly indicated that I was traveling with two children and specified their ages. The platform showed options where my children could stay for free, and based on this I chose this property. However, upon arrival I was charged an amount equivalent to three adults, which was very unexpected.

After a long journey, we had to spend about one hour resolving issues with the room and payment at check-in. This was especially difficult as I was traveling with tired children late in the evening. Unfortunately, there was no understanding or effort from the staff to ease the situation or offer any form of compensation.

Additionally, we were placed in a room designed for two people, and I had to request extra pillows and towels myself.

Considering the final price I paid, I could have booked a much higher-level hotel with better comfort and amenities.

Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of transparency and service.
