Pros:

Framgick dåligt att frukosten serverades 550 meter ifrån rummet vid bokning. Mycket ljud ifrån renhållningsarbete samt tömning av sopor vid 05.30-06.00 så detta är något som inte framkom varpå vistelsen blev en liten besvikelse.

Super hotel i Vadstena, smuk beliggenhed, lige ned til søen, morgenmaden er noget helt for sig selv, spis på hotellets egen restaurant, og få en unik smagsoplevelse.

Miljön kring hotellet är ’för mig’ magisk, ej ev av hotellet utan dessa historia och ’vibrationer, energi i området.
Att rum var bra, och i korrekt lokal och bra personal tillhöjjer.
Maten var Ok men jag har ev högre krav och rummet/säng kan vara bättre men som sagt magin i området gör mig nöjd med ’hotellet’.

Pros:

Kvaliten på rummet i Stora Slottsvillan betydligt sämre än i Munkklostret där jag bodde förra gången jag besökte Vadstena, ändå ungefär samma pris på båda rummen. Mottagandet i receptionen nonchalant. Dåligt med bilder på rummenpå hotellets hemsida. Duschdraperiet på rummet smutsigt, så inte ut att ha bytt på jättelänge.

Grundlurad - värsta hotell upplevelsen i mitt liv
Pros:

Var den värsta och mjukaste sängen jag sovit i, dessutom helt labil så man har tvungen att ligga och balansera hela natten för att inte trilla ur. Vaknade med enorma ryggsmärtor. Spaet visade sig kosta 800 kr per person vilket inte stod något om. Vi ville bo på ett kloster men blev placerade i en slottslänga på andra sidan stan. Varje rum hade dessutom kungliga namn men fanns inget i rummet som relaterade till respektive kung, riktigt löjligt. Spaet hade dessutom stängt när vi kom vid 18 och öppnade 13 dagen därpå, trots bilder på sidan där folk badade i mörker. Vi fick således betala ca 2000 kr för en natt som varken innehöll kloster eller spa, i ett mycket litet rum på andra sidan stan. Känns väldigt bedrägligt, med hemska sängar som man knappt kunde sova i. Jag har rest över stora delar av världen och har aldrig varit med om något så dåligt. Vill verkligen varna andra från att välja detta hotell.

Fantastic location on the lakefront! Wonderful café with outdoor seating, offering a truly amazing selection of authentic Swedish pastries, cookies and cakes. The breakfast buffet was one of the most spectacular we have ever seen in Sweden during the past 25+ years, served in an ancient hall with arches and beautiful windows. And the free parking was right outside the door to our hotel building! FIVE STARS!!
