Dated decor, sullen staff
Точно на венецианското пристанище. Чисто, приятно с гледка. Обновено. Като затвориш прозорците нищо не се чува от вън. Персонала на рецепцията е изключително любезен.

Hadde rom i 3. etasje, med veranda mot havna, og utsikten var helt fantastisk.

Litt dårlig belysning ved speil på badet, noe som gjorde det vanskelig å se når man for eksempel skulle barbere seg. Det var heller ikke dusjforheng, slik at det ble unødvendig vått rundt omkring på badet.
Nice basic hotel in the heart of Chania's old town. Meets the expectations, based on the pictures. Excellent for one night stay.
Nothing really stood out. The bathroom is a bit basic and small, but it's clean. Could be a bit loud at night, as the room is facing one of the old town's main streets.
The centrality and the price was good. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby
The noise! It is not hotels fault but some ppl have no consideration for the neighbors. The screaming children in the middle of the night... Poor babies were overtired but they should be comforted not kept outside the room for all hotel guests to wake up. The noise from outside was not the issue- good windows, at least in oir room.
- the balkony guard door was shut stuck with only narrow slot to see the view, but no access.
- if you are travelling with a lot of luggage, have in mind that taxi can only access the area only early in the morning (7-8 or 9, not sure). I would have appreciated the info clearly stated in booking.com.

The location is excellent, the beds are really comfy and even though the facilities are dated you can not fault it's cleanliness. It was spotless. We booked a Seaview room and I think everyone should. Stunning views and vibe.
My hairdryer was broken (but it's an old style, so I'm not surprised) but I didn't let it bother me and our balcony was small but when you're sat there in the midst of it all, you don't realise.

Amazing view and in the centre of everything. You can't get any closer to the harbour.
Room was a bit dated but the location more than makes up for that.
If you want to be in the middle of the action, this hotel is right there. It’s on the waterfront of the Old Port. Make sure to get a room with a view. Moved from small room in the back to larger room with partial view and good soundproof doors leading onto balcony. Very convenient for boat tours. Elevator was big plus.
Cars and taxis are not allowed to drive into the Old City - so travel light and be prepared to walk in. Also, the restaurants and stores stay open til midnight so be prepared to join the fun or bring good earplugs.
Pokój czysty, baaardzo blisko promenady, miła obsługa, przechowywania bagaży, można było bezpłatnie pozostawić bagaże na cały dzień, nie martwić się że cos zniknie, recepcja całodobowa.
Rzut kamieniem do deptaka, pomimo bliskiej lokalizacji w pokoju było cicho.
