Pros:

Wir hatten ursprünglich zwei Zimmer gebucht, konnten diese jedoch aufgrund besonderer Umstände leider nicht beziehen. Umso mehr möchten wir den herausragenden Service an der Rezeption hervorheben. Der junge Herr war äußerst freundlich, verständnisvoll und vor allem sehr kulant. Er hat sich mit großem Engagement darum bemüht, eine passende Lösung für uns zu finden, und dabei wirklich alles gegeben.

Ein solches Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Kundenorientierung erlebt man selten. Das ist Dienstleistung auf höchstem Niveau!

Auch wenn wir unseren Aufenthalt diesmal nicht wie geplant antreten konnten, steht für uns fest: Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Belgrad wird das Zijn Hotel definitiv unsere erste Wahl sein.
