Well suited for a visit to Petra

Excellent hotel, great location and the staff were great
Had bad storage both before and after Petra, and even though we checked out, let us have a shower after Petra and moving on

Friendly service from greeting to departure. The building is kind of old but everything was very nice. Comfortable beds and good shower/bathrooms. Breakfast was very good before beginning a day at Petra.

Very nice property a bit on the older side. Could use some updates but very decent. Close to the entrance of Petra

Location is great, staff helpful, rooms good but breakfast was mediocre, a lot of bread, buffet was just ok. I would stay again for all the right reasons.

Walking distance to the jett bus drop off, walking distance to stores, restaurants and Petra itself is a 8 min walk away. There is a pool which is nice, very cold though but nice.

No customer service and the hotel needs a refurbish. No room sound proofing and bathrooms towels are most likely 20 years old.

The only reason to stay there is that is so close to visitors center

Family trip to Petra. 3 kids ages 8 10 and 12. And they accommodated us in aquad room. 2 full beds and couch that converted into bed. Excellent location 3 minute walk to Petra. Great restaurant my mother's recipe 2 blocks away. Hotel staff is veryi nice and friendly! Hotel is clean but tired. Caters to the petra crowd. The free breakfast wad great to get us through the day and onto visiting petra.

Outdated, dirty, dingy.

Big room and booked last minute for 3 people. The room had a really bad odor to it and not sure if it was the bathroom or just the room itself. It smelled like sewer gas.

Location very good.
Property very tired looking. Strong smell of toilets/drains. Over priced.

Actually it was good, mot the best.
But better than the rest in Petra.
A little bit old.
No soap in the Bathroom we had to ask for it.
So good breakfast, great staff.

Good central location, close to shops, restaurants and the entrance to Petra. The hotel has two swimming pools (very cold water though when I visited in November) and its own pub serving draft beer and spirits. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful and sorted me a ticket for the Petra by Night event that evening. The hotel has a parking garage but I was directed to park my hire car on a piece of land on the other side of the culvert. All-in-all a very good hotel.

Ask for a 3rd floor room opening on to the pool - Cold but fantastic after a day spent walking to/from/around Petra!. Set up for Coach parties so we ate a little way up the road at Palm Court Restaurant & Cafe - absolutely fantastic owner/chef/host Jeff will teach you everything there is to know about Jordanian cooking...

Hotel was clean and comfortable, though rooms are quite dated and worn looking. Accommodations are basic, but the location was great for visiting Petra, and the hotel food was good at both breakfast and dinner.

The location is amazing just a short walk to Petra or restaurants and shops the rooms are cozy and comfortable the food was OK from what I remember but I ate out as much as I could.

Location is the key here.

Location near Petra site is a plus.

Clean room, nice pool, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had good variety.
