We had a wonderful stay — everything was even better than expected. Salvatore was amazing; he always replied immediately and made sure all our requests were taken care of. His attention and hospitality really made a difference. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, um Trapani zu erkunden. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Betten waren sehr bequem, tolles Bad. Netter und reibungsloser Kontakt zu Vermieter. Frühstücksmöglichkeit direkt unten und Parkmöglichkeit um die Ecke. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Posizione a 20/30 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e 10 minuti dal lungomare ancorché su strada molto trafficata e rumorosa. Facilità e comodità di accesso alla struttura. Estrema prossimità a una moltitudine di negozi di ogni genere, bar, ristoranti. fermate bus compresi.

Cons:

Pulizie insufficienti (trovati diversi capelli lunghi neri sia in bagno che sul materasso) e odori provenienti dagli scarichi, check in con invio foto in assenza personale accoglienza, difetti di comunicazione e assistenza,tv vetusta sintonizza solo canali Rai e la7, doccia con avaria al soffione fisso che spara getti d’acqua laterali con gocciolamento del controsoffitto in cartongesso,notevole rumorosità durante l intera giornata e ore serali provenienti dall’incessante traffico veicolare su strada sottostante, infissi vetusti con difetti nella chiusura e spifferi, scomodità materasso matrimoniale (composto da materassi singoli uniti), muri poco spessi, porte maniglie e ferramenta di qualità mediocre e carenti di ordinaria manutenzione , parcheggi auto gratuiti assenti in prossimità della casa vacanze (strisce blu diurne e pulizie strade notturne)

Consigliatissimo!!
Pros:

Salvatore ci ha seguiti passo passo per quanto riguarda il check-in e l'arrivo alla struttura dandoci indicazioni dettagliate e la possibilità di parcheggiare a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze all'interno di un cortile
Camera grandissima dotata di tutti i comfort, convenzioni con i locali sottostanti per mangiare a prezzi scontati.. che non fa mai male!!
