Pros:

The hotel was very unorganized and discombobulated. Only one housekeeper who was way over worked and overwhelmed.(needs a raise) As for myself and many other guest had to wait one in a half to two hours for our room. The receptionist was apologetic but still couldn’t accommodate me.

Fantastic service with Josh!
Pros:

Josh is an amazing representative for who I expect Hilton to be. We had a slight bump at the check-in. Josh took care of it immediately and we had zero concerns for the remainder of our trip. Highly recommend!!!! Definitely will return!

Pros:

Great, right in middle of our planned activities with my son: mountain bike riding, mini-golf, bowling. I was most impressed with their being willing to store our 2 mountain bikes, so they would not be exposed overnight in the back of my truck. They even went above and beyond to store them for a couple of hours after we checked out so we could do an indoor activity in the morning. Josh, the manager, helped make this possible. The kitchen was great as it had real plates and silverware we could use to eat our takeout.

Location was good. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioner was noisy as could be and people in the hallway were loud so it was hard to sleep.

The large suite was great. The pocket doors were cute. TVs in both rooms were wonderful to have too

Pros:

Property was very nice. Pool was dirty, gym was clean, lobby was clean. Room had a short in wall socket, broken shower door, loose toilet and toilet seat, dirty walls in bathroom.

My stay was absolutely wonderful!
Pros:

The staff was very professional and attentive. Josh checked us in and he was the sweetest guy ever! He was so pleasant and upbeat! Breakfast was peaceful and we had just the right amount of options!

Cons:

The hotel room definitely need updates. The sleeping area seemed like it was updated to the 2000s and the bathroom was 1990s. The bathroom pocket door did not close, it was not an issue for my husband and I, but if you have other pairs of guest staying in the room their would be no privacy. Breakfast was okay, the normal for a hotel. The room was spacious but the kitchen area was dusty. The staff was great.

Not worthy of Hilton name
Pros:

When we arrived we were advised to use the stairs because the elevator system was broken. We were on the 4th floor. Got to our room, the bathroom door would not close. Now we're in a new room, and the cleaning products used had a funny smell. There appeared to be several families that were continually walking up and down the hall. The positive was the room was clean, although we had to ask for towels. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this property was not even close to Hilton standards. We couldn't wait to leave.
