Pros:

Everything was perfect. We had a really great experience with everyone at the hotel, special Vincenczo was very kind and helpful. In the future we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Soggiorno perfetto al B&B Porta delle Botteghelle. La struttura è incantevole e curata, ma il vero punto di forza è Vincenzo. ​Raramente si incontra una tale combinazione di grande professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità. Vincenzo sa accogliere i suoi ospiti con un calore unico, fornendo consigli preziosi e risolvendo ogni necessità con un sorriso.
​Pulizia impeccabile e attenzione ai dettagli. Assolutamente consigliato!

Maravilhosa
Pros:

Eu cheguei antes do horário de check-in, mas o recepcionista me deu a chave do quarto e me forneceu um espaço para deixar minha mochila. Além disso, me deram um upgrade para quarto com varanda, o que foi ótimo.
Os funcionários era muito prestativos, me deram instruções de onde pegar meu ônibus e também pude contratar uma noite a mais.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist, good location in centre, near to bus stop.

Unpleasant experience:
The classic DO NOT DISTURB sign was missing in the room. So my wife was suprised (not in the good way) that some man was trying to enter our room during time that I was outside of the hotel. He knocked and entered simultaneously and left without saying anything. But it was scary situation, even there was a cleaning person. So be careful as a customer and look for the sign.

Čisto a veľmi dobrá lokalita .

V zimnom období trošku chladnejšia izba bez možností dokúrenia. Vypadávala občasne wifi .

Purtroppo c'era la colonna degli scarichi che passava nella camera e ad ogni scarico,doccia o bidet si sentiva lo scroscio molto forte, ho soggiornato solo.una notte ma se fosse stato più lungo il soggiorno avrei chiesto un cambio, la stanza era la 202.

É stato un soggiorno davvero sorprendente e inaspettato più del previsto nonostante prima di prenotare mi ero avvalsa delle recensioni positive lasciate dai vari ospiti.
Accoglienza, pulizia da hotel a 4stelle.
La colazione ricca di prodotti tipici, cornetti e torte tipiche e non surgelati e soprattutto per me che sono intollerante al glutine e al lattosio ho trovato un vasto assortimento di prodotti senza lattosio e gluten free.
Davvero consigliatissimo!!!!
