Struttura posizionata a due passi dal centro storico e dal porto di Trapani e dotata di ascensore, ristrutturata, con camere spaziose con volte alte in legno e aria condizionata, pulite e silenziose. Ingresso alla struttura con self check le cui credenziali d'ingresso sono trasmesse su whatsapp da Giovanna con cui si può comunicare vis-à-vis solo la mattina (la reception c'è solo la mattina per poche ore); per il resto della giornata, la reception è chiusa ma per ogni esigenza si può scrivere a Giovanna che risponde ad ogni richiesta.
Pulizie delle camere quotidiana con cambio biancheria e dotazione di phon e frigo bar. Bagno pulito e cabina doccia un pò strettina. Manca cassaforte ma si può sopravvivere anche senza se la vacanza è breve.
Colazione abbondante ma poco varia (sia nel salato che nel dolce) Le ragazze in sala cordiali e disponibili: ci hanno consigliato ottimi ristoranti e spiagge da visitare e anche il modo per arrivarci con i mezzi pubblici: consigli preziosi che abbiamo testato e apprezzato.
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, avrei gradito la reception 24h su 24 per una mia personale tranquillità; se avessi trovato scritto all'atto della prenotazione che non c'era la reception 24su24, forse non avrei prenotato questa struttura.

O estabelecimento está em zona de trânsito condicionado e isso poderia ter sido melhor esclarecido previamente porque o estacionamento é desafiante na zona.
O local precisa de alguma atenção/renovação: a tampa da sanita era diferente menor que a mesma, o que era bastante desagradável, assim como havia muita humidade no local onde é o pequeno almoço.
Quem está no primeiro andar não tem elevador para o quarto, o que faz a chegada e a saída com as malas mais complicadas.
Jde o budovu v úzké uličce, která je hotelem pouze částečně, protože v některých bytech bydlí trvale i místní rezidenti. Recepce není trvale obsazena, nicméně komunikace s personálem byla v pořádku. Snídaně nebyly sice žádný přemrštěný luxus, ale najedli jsme se dostatečně. Bylo pouze nedostatek zeleniny. Pokoj byl docela velký a vybavený klimatizací. Kupodivu všechno v pokoji v pořádku fungovalo, což v Itálii nebývá vždycky. Pro náš pobyt to hodnotím na italské poměry spíše na lepší standard.
Jako obvykle způsob stlaní postelí s prostěradlem a přikrývkou, ale to je ve středomoří všude tak. Problém je s koupáním, nejbližší pláže jsou buď špinavé od černých řas a bez jakéhokoliv sociálního vybavení, nebo čisté, ale skalnaté s problematický přístupem do moře.

It’s a great hotel located just off the old town which is about 5 mins walk away. The docks for all boat trips are only 15 mins walk too. The room was exactly what we needed for our stay, spacious and clean, and the break fast was excellent. Staff were very friendly too. About 20 meters from the front door is an excellent restaurant, which suited the kids after a long hot day on a boat trip.

The location for this accomodation is great, very central. The breakfast is very nice, with tasty pastries and the staff at breakfast was very polite and nice. The apartment is a good size and the ac works very well.
The apartment is a bit dark. It would be helpful to know that even if there is a lift, there are still some tricky steps to get to the apartment. The towels are not changed every day but every three days and if you would like to change them more frequently then you have to pay. For us the worse issue was the sofa bed which is uncomfortable and makes a lot of noise when used. I was also very disappointed with the communication with the owner as they did not answer us when we contacted them both via message and via booking.com
