Bequeme Betten,sehr sauberes Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Schön waren die vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer.

Cons:

Klimaanlage leider nur warme Luft, bitte regelmäßig kontrollieren. Föhn hat sich nach 1 Minute ausgeschaltet. Kopfteil beim Bett war schon sehr abgenutzt. Wattestäbchen,Wattebausch und Duschhaube hat gefehlt. Sollte vielleicht doch bei 4 Sternen vorhanden sein, so kenne ich es normalerweise. Im Urlaub möchte man schon etwas Komfort haben. Eine Nespresso Maschine am Zimmer wäre auch von Vorteil, noch dazu wenn das Restaurant am Samstag und Sonntag geschlossen hat. Wir hätten auf der Terrasse gerne Kaffee getrunken. Das war schade. Leider kann ich nur hoffen, dass dadurch Verbesserungen wahrgenommen werden.

Das Hotel hat leider nicht gehalten, was es im Vorfeld versprochen hat. Laut Internetbeschreibung sollten sowohl das Restaurant als auch der Pool ab Mai geöffnet sein – das war bei unserem Aufenthalt jedoch nicht der Fall. Gerade diese beiden Angebote waren für uns ausschlaggebend bei der Buchung.
Das Hotel hat unseren Ärger aber sehr ernst genommen und ist uns extrem entgegen gekommen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich !!! An dieser Stelle vielen Dank!!!

Nichts was mich jetzt total umgehauen hat, aber hat alles gepasst: Schönes Zimmer mit großem TV und ohne Teppich, Bad fein, Personal nett, beim Frühstück auch alles da und genügend Platz für alle, viele Zeitungen. Am Abend dann noch einen Absacker in der Bar

Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist die Hauptstraße und da ist echt viel los, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Stainz braucht eine Umfahrung ;-) Die Sender im Fernseher müssten wieder neu eingestellt werden, da waren in der Mitte einige ohne Programm.

Klimaanlage war defekt
Zimmer waren für weniger Personen gedacht/hergerichtet als gebucht wurde -> das „4-Bett-Zimmer“ war eigentlich für 3 Personen und das „3-Bett-Zimmer“ war für 2 Personen
Der Mann am ersten Tag an der Rezeption war äußerst inkompetent - gehört meiner Meinung nach nicht an die Rezeption
