We enjoyed our stay here in this part of amsterdam. How nice to have a hotel cat!

Great hotel as long as you can do the stairs!
Pros:

Room was nice and big with good air conditioning. Amenities in the lobby area were great, especially the free happy hour!

Cons:

Our room was on an upper floor - the stairs were very steep and it was challenging to get the suitcases to our room! More counterspace in the bathroom would have also been nice.

Cons:

The floor was a little dirty and there was some mould in the shower, nothing to serious, but needs some attention.
I loved the resident cat, but unfortunately there was a strong scent of cat urine on the way to our room.

It was really enjoyable, the staff were really friendly, room was great and a good size super comfy!
Pros:

The room was a great size, the bed was super comfy, great air conditioning, great location. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that. They also offered happy hour/s from 4 - 6pm with free happy drinks and snacks.

Cons:

There is nothing I did not like. The only comment I would say is that there is no lift but they put me on the first level so there was only approx 8 steps to my room which was really manageable for me and my heavy suitcase.

Guests need to be aware that there are no elevators. We were notified of this via an email from the hotel. There are narrow and steep stairs to get suitcases into the rooms.
