La posizione della struttura è perfetta. Abbiamo raggiunto tutti i luoghi di nostro interesse a piedi. Staff cordiale e sempre presente. Ambienti molto luminosi. Acqua calda in quantità e senza interruzioni (era il nostro più grande timore)

Cons:

Le scale e la non presenza di ascensore forse rendono l'alloggio un po' limitante. Le scale erano veramente molto ripide. Compensa la posizione e la tanta luce che entra dalle finestre.

Świetna lokalizacja bo można na pieszo dojść szybko do centrum. Poza tym cicho i spokojnie. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokój czysty i wszystko działało.

Cons:

Najgorszy był widok z pokoju nr 2. Pokój na parterze z widokiem na smieci i przedmioty po remoncie. Widok z okna zaniżył moją opinię na temat tego hotelu. Cena za wysoka za tak fatalny pokój. Na booking.com nic nie wspomniano o tak fatalnym widoku z okna.

Pros:

Brilliant location, large room, warm welcome, resident cat, free water station and coffee etc. Very clean.

Cons:

We had a room that looked into a courtyard and had another room directly opposite and no blinds so we had to keep the curtains permanently closed for 5 days which was a bit depressing. The lights were also quite dim.

Noisy on the Saturday night, but we slept well all other nights.

Bathroom door could do with a wedge to keep it open. All minimal points, would stay here again and book early to secure a canal side room on a higher floor

A cama é bem confortável. Mas não tem lugar para acomodar as malas.

Pulizia della camera, ero già stato in questo hotel e mi ero trovato benissimo sotto questo punto di vista.
Questa volta macchie qua e la su letto e poltrona. Bagno con la muffa sul soffitto (poca per fortuna)

Amsterdam Stay

The hotel itself was ok and located in a nice part of the city with not too long of a walk from the centre and all the restaurants and museums etc. The reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

So the hotel has no lift and has very steep steps, this was informed prior to check in by the hotel staff and which was fine for us. The room we got was on the top floor and when entered we had to use another stairs from the corridor to the room which were quite awkward, again we were not too bothered with this. The annoying thing is that at the top of the stairs you have the bathroom and bedroom entrance, the bathroom door is right in front of the steep stairs to which there is no barrier and this is quiet dangerous as someone can fall very easily down the stairs also this is true due to the bathroom door handle not being screwed on to the door and everytime you would pull the handle it would end up in your hand and this could lead you falling back right down the stairs (not much room there). Throughout the whole night we herd how the water tank, which is housed somewhere in the wall, was emptied and refilled and this was quite loud and prevented sleep. The shower pressure is absolutely horrible! it's like a trickle. We only stayed one night but we wouldnt be going back.
