Dingy hotel that I would recommend avoiding.
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel was the location which was downtown.

Cons:

This hotel was a complete waste of money, to the point that I decided not to spend the night there. I was allocated room 9 which was on the third floor and the stairs to get up there are very dangerous. Additionally, the room was dark and dingy and was difficult to see whether it was properly cleaned due to the poor lighting. The view was of garbage lying on the neighboring roof. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful. For all these reasons, I forfeited the $200 booking fee and found a much nicer place. Needless to say, the photos were misleading.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel very central
Amazing staff very informative even before we arrived
They let us know thing about the hotel we needed to know
Room was large with an fantastic view of the canal
Free drinks in the room for the first lot and chargeable afterwards
Free coffee and water and snacks in the reception area for you to have
Steep stairs to get to the room might not be suitable for some people
We could leave our bags when we arrived and before we left so we could go out and about with out it
Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again
