Important information:

Please note that the sauna and wellness area is closed between May and October on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. From October to May it is open every evening.

The restaurant is closed on Mondays. The restaurant will be closed for dinner service.Our restaurant is closed on Monday evenings, however breakfast is served as usual.
If you have already booked half board, you will be refunded the difference.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Im Badezimmer waren die Armaturen kaputt, in der Dusche hatte man entweder kaltes oder siedend heißes Wasser.
Die erwähnte Sauna in der Buchung stand nicht zur Verfügung...sehr ärgerlich...

这个价格对不起这个房间的配置和服务
Pros:

这下住宿卫生很干净，但是上面写的桑拿房，其实我们根本没有办法使用，因为我们晚上8:00入住，第二天也没办法正常使用，这个体验不是很好，然后当时我预定的时候没有注意，然后就洗了一个人办理，退房的时候要多收一个人的钱，那相当于是房费的两倍，我不可以理解这种行为，其他都挺不错，早餐也不错

Cons:

应该讲清楚房费是因为人头的变化而会加倍，所以请大家一定要注意，还要问清楚是否可以使用

Für die Durchreise ok
Pros:

Hintere Zimmer direkt am rauschenden Bach

Cons:

Eigentlich hatte ich extra ein paar Euro mehr ausgegeben für ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Wurde dann ein Dreibettzimmer ohne Balkon. Ist wohl irgendwas schief gelaufen.

La cama muy comoda.

Cons:

No tiene que ver con el hotel, es más bien con el lugar. Después de las 8 de la noche no se puede cenar en ningún lugar, esta todo cerrado.

Se non ci sarebbe stata la strada, era ottimo
Pros:

Camera ampia, colazione abbondante

Cons:

Purtroppo per molti è un vantaggio per me è uno svantaggio. L’albergo si trova sulla strada principale e la Camera si affacciava su di questa trafficata anche di notte. Io avendo problemi con i rumori, ho dormito poco.
