Important information:

The standard transportation is COP 120.000 per person one way leaving at 8:30 and returning at 15:00 depending on the weather conditions. Express transportation leaves at the guest request but it is subject to weather conditions.

A boat is available for transportation for COP 750000. Please note that children under 14 years old are not admitted. Extra beds for children from 14 years old has a COP 280000 surcharge. Please note that drinks and tourism activities are not included in the rate. Please note that the only way to get to Coralina Island is by sea and the trip takes approximately 1 hour.

We offer this transportation leaving from Cartagena at 8:30 am and returning only at 3:00 pm. If you book in any of the room categories (quadruple, family and room with a king-size bed, garden view), you do not have access to some VIP areas of the island. Our complex is divided into the Coralina Island Mangroves VIP area and the Bayside family area.

Access to the Coralina Island Manglares VIP area generates an additional cost per person which you can check with our reception on the day of your arrival. People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented.

Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel. Please note that when booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Pros:

Adorei a minha estadia no Coralina Island. Há que ter em conta que é uma experiência estilo eco-resort. A comida é óptima e os funcionários são super simpáticos e atenciosos (shot out to Steven). Adoro a experiência mais íntima que podemos ter quando reservamos deck privado com o quarto.

Cons:

É natural que no meio da natureza existam alguns bichos dentro do quarto tipo insectos e osgas.

Schönes kleines Hotel, wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann

Sehr schöne kleine Insel wo ein schönes kleines Paradies wartet. Das Essen war lecker, die Strandliegen schön gemütlich und man konnte super schnorcheln. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren nett und hilfsbereit, auch wenn kaum jemand Englisch spricht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und die Anlage an sich sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten dringend renoviert werden. Wir hatten die ersten beiden Tage reservierte Strandliegen bekommen, welche ab dem dritten Tag auf einmal nicht mehr da waren und für andere reserviert wurden. Wir mussten dann schauen, wo wir liegen können. An sich kein Problem, aber eine Kommunikation dazu wäre schön gewesen.

Lovely place to chill, staff are really nice, good quality and variety of food choices.

Cons:

Transfers are overly expensive, the staff are really good but they defiantly need more staff. The showers are bad.

Beautiful location and great potential but below expectations overall

The location is beautiful and the sea is amazing, it was relaxing for the most part…
Juan & Erika were fabulous.

Cons:

On the first night we were kept up by the neighbours playing extremely loud music until the early hours..they then proceeded to play extremely loud music the next morning at 7am which really disrupted our sleep. The next two nights there were dogs barking throughout the property until 2am - we had alerted the staff and unfortunately they couldn’t really do much. They did try to improve our stay by putting us on the best location for the sun loungers the next day. Additionally the food is sub-par the ceviche is good but I was served raw chicken one day which was not taken off the bill…I didn’t notice until after we had paid.

La comida es muy variado y de mucha calidad. Muy recomendables los ceviches! Los cocktails muy buenos!

Cons:

No es tema del hotel, pero el precio del barco y los impuestos que te hacen pagar por ir a las Islas del Reosario me parecen bien caros.

Un paraíso en la tierra.
Pros:

La comida estuvo muy buena, el mar espectacular. El único inconveniente es que hay mosquitos y en el hotel no venden repelente y esto no fue advertido previamente. Si te avisan llevas tu repelente.

Une parenthèse agréable
Pros:

Se réveiller sur une île paradisiaque, le personnel était au petits soins et très sympathique

Cons:

Nous avons été déçus de la qualité des repas sur place, qui sont assez chers (on peut le comprendre vu la complexité de l’approvisionnement) mais malheureusement la qualité était très moyenne, beaucoup de produits congelés notamment des produits de la mer ce qui est un peu dommage.

un piccolo paradiso a 1 ora da Cartagena

La posizione è ottima, riservata ma essendo su un'isola piccolissima è molto semplice raggiungere altre strutture in cui fare un bagno o godere di panorami differenti. In genere tutti i residenti sull'isola sono super carini, premurosi e gentili.
I servizi dell'hotel Coralina sono ottimi e variegati. Abbiamo fatto un'escursione di pesca che ci è piaciuta moltissimo.
La camera che avevamo era fin troppo spaziosa. Aria condizionata ben funzionante, bagno spazioso, letto comodo.
Colazione, pranzo e cena sono semplici ma di qualità, con una buona scelta.
L'hotel offre un ottimo servizio di transfer verso Cartagena con una ottima organizzazione.
Lo staff dell'hotel Coralina è formidabile nell'assistenza ai propri clienti, facciamo una menzione speciale per la gentilezza e la premura a Gilberto (il ragazzo del caffè) e Ditson, avete reso speciale il nostro soggiorno!

Cons:

andare via è stato orribile, ma speriamo di tornare presto!

Unforgettable experience. Will definitely be back.
Pros:

The property is gorgeous. The food is pretty good. Service was top notch. The boat transfer was perfect. Really beautiful experience.

Cons:

Every night our ac dripped on us. Every day we told the staff. Every night nothing changed. We ourselves found a workaround but follow up would have been nice. I wish there were more and better snorkeling equipment but even with the availability and low quality I was able to see some really good stuff, a family of squid! I hope the area protects these reefs so even more animals come.

Stunning location in the mangroves, just needs some finessing

The staff were lovely and tried their best to assist you always

Cons:

For the price paid we expected the food to be better/consistently the same quality which it unfortunately wasn’t

Some of the facilities need updating, for example the communal toilets are poor and some of the sunbeds were broke

Although the staff did their best, service was slow as there just weren’t enough staff throughout the day

A suggestion for the evenings would be to play some music to create a little more atmosphere atleast just at the bar as there isn’t much else to do after dinner

Pros:

Das Hotel ist an einer sehr schönen und grösstenteils ruhigen Lage (wenn keine Partyboote vorbeifahren). Uns hat es sehr gefallen, dass die Anlage selbst keine Musik abspielt. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut und die Angestellten freundlich. Die Anlage ist vor allem toll, wenn man sich ein paar Tage abkapseln und voll entspannen möchte.

Cons:

Die ganze Anlage und besonders die Zimmer, Bettlaken und Handtücher sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen un fleckig. Als wir ankamen war unsere Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt. Nach zwei Mal nachfragen haben sie das Zimmer nochmals geputzt und uns zur Entschädigung eine Schnorchelaktivität geschenkt. Auf der Anlage gibt es jeden Tag Tagesausflügler, die vom Getränkeservice viel mehr beachtet werden als wenn man übernachtet. Wir mussten den Angestellten zum Teil etwas hintennachrennen.
