Cependant, elle manque clairement d’équipements pour un hôtel censé être 4 étoiles : télévision très petite, absence de mini-bar, aucun sac ou fournitures de base (comme du papier ou accessoires utiles). Cela donne une impression générale de prestation incomplète.

Le petit-déjeuner a été le point le plus décevant. Bien que présenté comme copieux, le choix est en réalité pauvre et ne correspond pas du tout au standing attendu d’un hôtel haut de gamme.

Čistý standardní hotel s dobrým spojením MHD a parkováním za rozumnou cenu.

Cons:

Odměřená paní na recepci která mě nutila platit parkovné v hotovosti mimo hotelový účet a posílala mě kamsi mimo hotel k bankomatu vybírat hotovost. Dost jsem se podivoval, proč bych parkovné 400 CZK měl hotově když platím za hotel služební platební kartou. Přišlo mi to v dnešní době ve velkém pražském hotelu dost zvláštní. Nakonec mi parkovné neochotně dala do faktury. Check-in si představuji jinak a snídani u 4*hotelu také. Snídaně byla velmi průměrná, kvalita kávy žalostná. Co člověka překvapí jsou neutřené stoly a všude drobky z pečiva po předchozích snídaňových hostech. Jsou to drobnosti, ale je co zlepšovat.

Duży hotel, ale nie czułam uciążliwości z tym związanych.
Pros:

Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa recepcji. Niezłe śniadanie, choć niewielki wybór dla osób niejedzących wędlin.

Cons:

Dostałam pokój, w którym, jak się okazało po wizycie technika, trzeba było dokonać napraw. Przy umywalce nie było mydła.

E' stata una bellissima esperienza. La città è meravigliosa e vale davvero la pena visitarla

Ottima la colazione in sala privata con pagamento extra. La posizione della struttura è ottima perché ben collegata e quindi il centro facilmente raggiungibile.

Excellent location, Tram stop just in front and you get anywhere. The room is big and comfy..it was very well heated and that was much appreciated as it was very cold outside.
it was also very silent as it was facing the backyard.
I would recommend this accommodation, unbeatable price/quality!

Basen i strefa spa płatna i nie ma żadnego związku z hotelem. Tylko jedno jacuzzi i to na zewnątrz budynku ale dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero po opłaceniu wejścia.
