Opgelet voor oplichting ontbijt apart betalen
Cons:

De receptie onvriendelijk, er was niets open van zwembad, sauna,finess, geboekt met ontbijt en daar hadden ze een papier van boeking waarop stond van niet en als je daar wou ontbijten moest je 10€ per persoon betalen .we waren niet de enige. De kamer was versleten ,de muren was de kalk eraf en veel lawaai op het 7 de verdiep
.de garage ware heel kleine parkeerplaatsen en lage plafond wel veilig. Een grote tegenvaller nooit ga ik er nog heen en zal het niet aanraden bij vrienden. ik heb veel teveel betaalde want ik ben mijn ontbijt kosten kwijt .
Graag zou ik ze terug zien want een kamer alleen koste 22€ goedkoper ,dit is pure afzetting. Het hotel steekt het op booking.com en daar was niemand bereikbaar dus hebben buiten gegeten, overal is mijn geld welkom maar hun gunde ik het niet echt niet.!!!!!!!!! Pure afzetterij

Pros:

Hotel určený hlavne na konferencie perfektne umiestnený blízko centra Prahy. Kategôria nie je špičková, čo je však aj pravdepodobne požadované od organizujúcich fíriem. Zrejme je žiadaná 3 hviezdočková úroveň a zodpovedajúca cena. Foyer, spoločné priestory aj izba je na úrovni asi necelé 3 hviezdičky

I had paid for a service at the hotel's wellness center, they canceled it because the employee got sick, it's been ten days and I'm still waiting for my money.

I had booked there the last 2 nights I was in Prague. The room didn't have a refrigerator, I take a medicine that needs a refrigerator, which I can't survive without. For this reason, I had to change my flight to leave a day earlier. I asked them if they could refund me the money for the one day I wouldn't stay because that was the reason I left and I had to pay so much extra money to the airline.

They were not obliged to return them. But the only answer I got was the irony of the receptionist: what did you expect since you had booked the cheapest room. (95 euros per night for a single room, it was the room for which he mocked me)

Pros:

Понравилось все,очень удобное расположение,примерно 15 минут трамваем до центра
.В отеле чисто,персонал очень приятный.,Рядом два супера,ресторан,есть ресторан и самой гостинице.
Я осталась очень довольна.Отличное соотношение цены и качества.
