Pros:

It's a very nice small resort with a friendly atmosphere. The service is very helpful, the views quite nice, the swimming pool large enough and clean.
The rooms are quite large and comfortable enough, well-equipped with a small kitchen where you can prepare your meals. The interior could be a little more modern but it's clean.
A small village of Katalagari is a 10-minute walk away and there are a couple of taverns where you can have a dinner.
It takes since 20-25 minutes to get to Heraklion by car which means that you stay in the peaceful countryside but can easily get to the city to visit and spend time.
There is a main road not so far from the resort but we agreed that the cicadas in the resort product a lot more noise than the traffic.
There are only 3 parking spots in the resort itself but there's a separate parking for the guests which we didn't know about until we walked to the village and saw a sign pointing to it. You need to drive past the resort gate and go up 100-150 m and you will see the sign.

Cons:

Rooms could be a little more modern.
THE POOL HOURS ARE A MISTAKE. YOU CAN USE THE POOL ONLY UNTIL 19:00 AND IN OUR OPINION IT SHOULD BE OPEN UNTIL AT LEAST 21:00 AND EVEN 22:00.

La natura che circonda la struttura è rigogliosa ed immersa nel silenzio.
La piscina è grande e gli appartamenti spaziosi.
Tutto molto pulito, pulizia quotidiana.
Lo staff gentile e disponibile, accogliente come pochi.

Cons:

Unica nota negativa, il materasso molto duro per chi ha problemi alla schiena.

Une bien triste fin pour notre voyage!

La qualité du petit déjeuner et l'amabilité des 2 dames qui le devaient.

Cons:

Le studio présentait une marche transversale de 15 cm, un obstacle sur lequel nous avons tous deux trébuché régulièrement.
Cela s'est terminé le dernier soir par une lourde chute pour mon épouse.
Douleurs partout, lunettes griffées, un gros hématome au front, le tour des yeux en sang...et cette impression, malgré tout, d'avoir échappé à bien plus grave.
Il ne m'a été donné aucune réponse au courrier envoyé à l'établissement.
Les douleurs ont persisté plusieurs semaines.
