Dream lagoon Resort & Aqua Park

This hotel was very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms weren't very luxurious, but the staff was very friendly, and we really enjoyed our vacation. Everyone in the restaurant did their best to keep it clean, the food was very tasty, and especially the waiters Ibrahim and Adel were very friendly—we'd love to come back here. I recommend this hotel.

The animation team at this hotel is great, and Filip is one of its members. He is friendly, approachable, and tries to connect with the guests. He encourages everyone to join the activities he leads, such as boccia, darts, beach soccer, and water polo. He creates a fun atmosphere and makes every activity enjoyable.

It was one of the better vacation because everything was good. Resort was good located but the reconstrucions can be fine. Rooms are very spacious. The most likely thing was pretty sea full of amazing fishes and the beautiful turtles. My kids enjoy their time pretty nice because of animators especially the girl Ludovica. She was very comunative, smily, friendly and happy all the time.

Our stay at Dream Lagoon was a truly positive experience. The hotel and rooms were always well maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes every day. Although the selection felt a bit repetitive after a week, the quality remained high and the food was consistently tasty and well prepared.What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff. Both in the restaurant and at the bar, the team was attentive, helpful, and often ready with a joke, which added to the holiday spirit.
The swimming pool was always spotless and well maintained. The lifeguards carried out their duties with great care and professionalism. We would especially like to highlight Khaled Hassan, one of the lifeguards. His infectious smile, positive energy, and patient willingness to assist guests made our holiday complete. Thanks to him, we felt not only safe but also genuinely welcome.In short: Dream Lagoon combines cleanliness, delicious food, friendly staff, and a perfectly maintained pool with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. An absolute recommendation for anyone visiting Marsa Alam!

I really enjoyed my stay at Dream Lagoon Hotel. I would especially like to thank Mohamed Eltayeb, who provided us with exceptional service. He is an incredibly charismatic, kind, and empathetic person who made our vacation even more enjoyable.

Everything is very lovely, the staff is kind and animators are very sweet, especially animator Veronika! She is super friendly and kind, talking to her was very wonderful and we had so much fun! I recommend this place for anyone who wants a nice relaxing vacation with great people and sea!

We are very satisfied with our stay, the hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Delicious food. The waiters are nice and smiling, especially Mohamed El Tayeb. He is the best!!

The location is really nice. Atmosphere is also really good- really good and nice people and vibes. The rooms are nice they clean them everyday when u want. Noise is definetly not that loud only when the animation team is doing some kind of activity. Service is perfect.
When i mentioned the animation team earlier i also want to mention Ludovica - she’s really energetic, friendly, always putting in effort and is NEVER mean to you, she literally always calls you to dance and she always has a smile on her face.

Dream Lagoon Resort & Aqua Park Hotel Review (Marsa Alam)

It is an 80 km drive from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival, everyone is quickly settled into their rooms, there are no problems with this. The rooms have shampoos, towels, a safe, plenty of storage space, a TV, etc. There were very comfortable beds.

The territory is very green: lots of beautiful flowers and shrubs, lots of palm trees, lawns — the territory is very carefully tended by gardeners. There are 4 bars on site, 2 of which are open until 12 o'clock at night. In two bars, from 12:30 to 17:30, they prepare nuggets, French fries, hot dogs, burgers, and mayonnaise and ketchup. There are also 2 restaurants on site: breakfast from 7:00 to 9:30, lunch from 12:30 to 15:00, dinner from 19:00 to 21:30.

What I want to say about the food in restaurants is that it is average. Three types of scrambled eggs are prepared for breakfast every day, there are bakery products (donuts, sweet puff pastry, baguette, bread, etc.). Pancakes are also prepared for breakfast, accompanied by various sweet jams or melted chocolate. Salads, vegetables, fruits and desserts are also present. There is soup for lunch, however, during the 2 weeks of my stay at this hotel, I have seen only 2 types of soup — this is vermicelli soup and vegetable soup, both of them with an island flavor. I would like to note that the restaurants have themed cuisine, that is, for example, on Wednesday — Egyptian cuisine day, on another day — seafood day. The meat in the hotel is delicious, but this food gets boring very quickly. Cutlery and plates don't wash very well.

In the evening, during dinner, the staff congratulates people who have a birthday. The staff is very friendly, and that's a plus, they always cheer you up.

What I want to say about the pools: there are 7 of them, the pools are cleaned every evening and every morning. In winter, some pools are heated. A lifeguard is sitting near the main pool, making sure that people don't jump.

Slowly we move to the beach. There are staff on the beach who will help you find a sunbed, lay towels and wish you a good day. Pizza is also served on the beach from 12:30 to 17:30. I also forgot to mention that in some bars soda is diluted with water, namely near the main pool, on the beach and near the water park. It is not diluted only near the Gardenia restaurant and in the main lobby.

What it's worth coming here for is, of course, the sea: it's completely transparent, not a single blade of grass. There are 2 lifeguards on the beach: one rides a boat and controls that people do not swim far, and the other sits on land with binoculars.

I would also like to tell you about the water park, which has four slides. The slides aren't bad, and if you know how to ride properly, they're even fast. But the pool there is not very clean due to the fact that stupid children and adults, going up the slide, do not take off their flip-flops, but roll down with them, throwing them ahead of themselves. There is one employee sitting on the roller coaster who spends all his time on the phone instead of working.

The last thing I want to talk about is animation. The animation in the hotel itself is not very strong, but the animators there are the funniest and most positive people who will not let you get bored. The entire animation team is from Italy. I would especially like to mention an animator named Phillipo: it was always fun with him. I always played darts, football, volleyball, tennis with him and just talked. In general, a person is a positive person. On the last day of my stay at the hotel, he poisoned himself and did not come to work. The hotel hosts aqua jim, sports events, dancing and happy games, which are different games, puzzles or sports that take place every day. The winner gets a 15% discount at the bazaar, where you can buy paintings, incense, creams, clothes, perfumes, cigarettes, and more.

I forgot to mention that you can buy alcohol in bars. But I want to say one thing: this is the hotel you should visit. There is a kids' club and a mini disco for children, and night parties every day for adults. You will not find a better territory and staff than in this hotel. There's a crazy atmosphere here. In general, I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Something like that.

We stayed here with friends and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel had plenty of activities organized by the entertainment team every day. A special thanks to the animator Liza, she was incredibly friendly, energetic, and always made us feel welcome. She always kept us informed about the activities and encouraged everyone to join. Her fitness classes were excellent, very enjoyable. She made our stay even more memorable

We had an absolutely fantastic time at dream lagoon but a special thanks to liza, her energy is contagious and we loved her pilates and fitdance thank you so much everyone and we ll definitely be back soon!!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an incredible garden. It truly feels like a tropical lagoon in the middle of the desert. You can clearly see how much effort the staff put into keeping everything clean and attractive.
We especially enjoyed interacting with the staff at the Coral restaurant. The service there was always friendly and welcoming. We also loved the cozy terrace near the second restaurant, the nice beach, and the clear blue water.
The rooms could use some minor renovation, but they were clean, spacious, and comfortable, so we didn’t have any major complaints.
Most of the food was quite tasty, especially the pasta, ice cream, and some of the meat and fish dishes. However, I would advise guests to be a little careful, as we experienced some digestive issues after eating certain foods.
A special thank you goes to the animation team, especially Liza and Jake. They constantly encouraged us to join different activities and made our stay much more enjoyable. Thanks to them, there was always something fun to do: yoga, stretching, Pilates, water activities, evening shows, discos, competitions, karaoke, and musicals. It was obvious that they genuinely cared about creating a positive atmosphere and helping guests have a great time. They were always friendly, energetic, and a pleasure to talk to.
I would also like to highlight the hotel’s care for animals. One thing that genuinely touched me was seeing water and feeding stations for cats and two dogs placed throughout the property. It was clear that the hotel staff make an effort to ensure the animals have access to fresh water. As an animal lover, I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, and it left a very positive impression on me.
