The closeness to the beach. The view. The staff were nice.

The cleaninges of the room. The towels were visible dirty. The bathroom was very small and we didn't like the toilet and the shower head being in the same corner. The menu had limited options of food.

La posizione è molto comoda sia al mare appena fuori dalla struttura con spiaggia privata e ombrelloni/lettini gratuiti sia a Dhermi (20 min in auto). Il ristorante della struttura ottimo , la loro specialità è il pesce che pescano direttamente loro quindi fresco e delizioso. Personale accogliente e capiscono bene l’italiano.Qualità prezzo oltre le aspettative. Da tornare.

La nostra esperienza in questa struttura è stata estremamente deludente, fin dal primo momento. All'arrivo, siamo stati dirottati in un'altra struttura per la prima notte, poiché la nostra camera non era pronta. Il giorno dopo, la stanza ci è stata consegnata a fine mattinata.
Una volta entrati, la situazione si è rivelata persino peggiore. La camera era in uno stato d'igiene inaccettabile, con sporco ovunque. Il bagno era un disastro: il lavandino perdeva costantemente, creando un'alluvione a ogni utilizzo. L'acqua si mescolava allo sporco del pavimento, trasformandolo in una melma scivolosa e disgustosa. Lo scarico centrale, inoltre, si riempiva di schiuma ogni volta che ci si lavava le mani, come in un assurdo "schiuma party". La doccia era inutilizzabile: il doccino, completamente arrugginito e scrostato, perdeva da ogni parte e rappresentava un rischio per chiunque, tanto che abbiamo dovuto lavarci indossando le ciabatte.
La pulizia era un concetto sconosciuto. Abbiamo trovato polvere ovunque, in particolare sulla testiera del letto. La stanza era spesso invasa da odori sgradevoli di fogna, fritto e spazzatura. Per cercare di arieggiare l'ambiente, abbiamo acceso l'aria condizionata, un errore fatale. Lo split era una vera e propria bomba biologica, coperto da muffa e polvere nauseabonda che ha invaso immediatamente la stanza.
Per non parlare del frigorifero, che emanava un odore indescrivibile, un mix di marciume e acido che rendeva impossibile passarci vicino. L'asciugacapelli, poi, non era presente.
L'unico aspetto "discreto" era la colazione a buffet. Sebbene uova fresche fossero disponibili ogni giorno, il resto del salato era costituito da affettati industriali di bassa qualità. La sezione dolce era carente, con mini croissant surgelati spesso crudi all'interno. P.s. È Vietato portare via alimenti dal buffet e guardano tutto quello che prendete.
