Podobnie jak poprzednicy: mimo ze dzwonilismy tuz przed przyjazdem zeby zapowiedziec ze bedziemy w ciagu kilku godzin, po przyjezdzie o umówionej godzinie (późnym wieczorem) pijany czlowiek na recepcji zaczął coś wymyślać i po godzinie czekania na recepcji wylądowalismy w pokoju ze zużytymi meblami z lat 70 poprzedniego wieku bo ktoś inny zajmował zarezerwowany przez nas i opłacony z góry pokój. Recepcjonista zapewnial ze zmienią nam pokój na właściwy. Nastepnego dnia o 10 miała nastąpić zmiana... spędziliśmy od 10 rano 3 godziny na walizkach w recepcji tracąc 3 godziny z urlopu na ponowne czekanie i o 13 nasz pokój był "gotowy". Po wejsciu przywitała nas góra plastikowych butelek leżąca na lodówce. W pokojach bardzo brudno. Obrzydliwy prysznic, z którego nie schodzi woda, owady chodzą po kątach, podłoga raczej nie odkurzana, co najwyżej lekko zmieciona. Ale nie do czysta. Telewizja wyłącznie w języku niemieckim - ale dla mnie to nieistotny szczegół. Poza tym śniadanie na zdjęciach wygląda fajnie ale w rzeczywistości ciągle czegoś brakowało, jadalnia brudna i obrzydliwa. Te same najtańsze produkty codziennie. Słabo zróżnicowane potrawy. A kawa?.... rozpuszczalna z termosa. Jej moc zależała od tego ile sie akurat dziś nasypie. Czyli raz kawa miała smak, innym razem byla lekko zabarwiona. To nie był nasz pierwszy raz w grecji i bylismy w wielu tańszych miejscach (biorę pod uwagę inflację i tegoroczne ceny), gdzie było nam dużo lepiej. Niektórzy, tak jak my czekają cały rok na wakacje więc odradzam ten obiekt jeśli celem jest wypoczynek - naprawdę da się lepiej, taniej i bez takich stresów. Na koniec powiem że pogryzły mnie jakieś owady w tym pokoju. Mam nadzieje, że to tylko mrówki.

Lot of steps

Check in was slow - no one at front desk and then we were checked in last, even though we had arrived before another couple, and I had found the receptionist in the pool bar. The worst part was that there were long black hairs all over the bathroom and kitchen floors. Obviously had not been cleaned except for a change of sheets.

lots of bugs, felt bitten all over. Not much for kids to do at the hotel food was standard and ok.

Please avoid this place if You don't want your holiday to be ruined. Worst experience ever. The owner is the scammer and the staff is really bad and unprofessional. Long story short the gay in the administration was trying to change our room into cheaper one and when we said that this was not what we ordered he said that nothing looks like on the pictures and that's not how it works. I insist to call manager but she did not picked up phone for 3 hours and then late in the night she contacted us and saying that she will will cancel our booking and actually leave us in the middle of the night without place where to sleep. In the end we did not got the same room that we ordered and we got 'refund' of 30 euros, and they did not served us breakfast which was included in our order. After that when we were already asleep she texted us in 2 am in the morning asking questions and calling us 2 days straight until I blocked her number. She wanted to know where are we staying now and deal this situation at the police. So please , skip this place and save your holidays from this horror.
