During the summer season, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Port Aventura World. Remember that some rooms includes PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land tickets (check it on the Room Title): for stays of 1 and 2 nights 1 day/2 parks ticket is included and for stays of 3 or more nights 2 days/2 parks ticket in included as long as the parks are open, in addition to special discounts on the purchase of tickets for Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the park opening dates, please check them on PortAventura World official website).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Super ++
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, très bel hôtel, personnel au top très gentil et souriant. Très bonne literie, très propre. Emplacement parfait a 10 minutes a pieds du centre, parc port aventura a moins de 2km a pied mais navette gratuite devant l'hôtel. Eau gratuite au buffet du soir sur les fontaines vs faites pas avoir. Concernant le buffet le déjeuner est exceptionnel mais le buffet du soir est bon mais basique c est pas exceptionnel. Séjour excellent je reviendrai mes filles ont adoré et moi aussi.

Cons:

Que les salariés du soir au restaurant se fasse engueuler publiquement devant tout le monde, très gênant et triste pour eux. Sans le petit personnel l'hôtel serai fermé

Voyage inoubliable avec nos enfants et petits enfants !
Pros:

Super hotel , accueillant famille complète petits et grands , proximité de Port aventura avec navette devant l'hotel, et proximité du centre de Salou.
Nous avions demandé des appartements juxtaposés pour la famille, et cette demande a été respectée, Bravo à cet hotel et à son personnel.

Decent for a short stay, but not 4 star standard.
Pros:

I would say this is a comfortable stay for a short period of time. The facilities are decent, the room was clean and had a good working air conditioner. The water pressure from the shower was great, and it’s handy to have a bidet as well. The room also had a fridge, but it would have been nice to have a tea/coffee facility or some water.

The breakfast was good, but it’s repetitive. Although it is good that they replace empty food containers quite quickly. The breakfast staff were nice.

They also have a service system for transport to and from the hotel to Portaventura. The wristbands worked easily to enter both parks.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say this is a proper 4 star hotel, they lack of coffee/tea facility or water inside the room, there is also no iron in the room or bathrobe and slippers. The rooftop was not accessible during our stay. They did not have bikes for rent, but accessible bikes were available.
