During the summer season, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Port Aventura World. Remember that some rooms includes PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land tickets (check it on the Room Title): for stays of 1 and 2 nights 1 day/2 parks ticket is included and for stays of 3 or more nights 2 days/2 parks ticket in included as long as the parks are open, in addition to special discounts on the purchase of tickets for Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the park opening dates, please check them on PortAventura World official website).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

We got a reasonable deal in the school holidays and with the theme park/water park included it was worth it. The hotel suited our young children fine. It does a get a bit annoying booking meal times but it wasn’t a massive issue. Food was nice, no problems there.
The pool area around the kids pool does need some maintenance, especially as half of the sunbeds are on muddy grass, which is then taking into the pools by people walking around.

Pros:

En el hotel hay habitaciones y apartamentos. Los apartamentos son grandes.

Cons:

El buffet no es variado, hay poca variedad de comida. La piscina masificada y sucia. En la piscina, en el agua había arena y una niña se hacía pis entre las hamacas. En el apartamento como vienes de la playa algo de arena entras y las limpiadoras no lo aspiran.

Le personnel très bien, hotel propre proche de tout

Cons:

Place pour ce garer si vous prenez pas le parking payant de l hotel c'est très compliqué d un trouvez une ,et ceux qui réserve leur transat hors que c'est interdit ,le personnel ne les enleve pas et c'est dommage a 10h il n'y a plus de transat disponible.

Very relaxing short stay
Pros:

Lovely pool area and rooms were very clean and the breakfast was lovely too

Cons:

Service in the bar was very slow , but other than that it was all good
