During the summer season, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Port Aventura World. Remember that some rooms includes PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land tickets (check it on the Room Title): for stays of 1 and 2 nights 1 day/2 parks ticket is included and for stays of 3 or more nights 2 days/2 parks ticket in included as long as the parks are open, in addition to special discounts on the purchase of tickets for Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the park opening dates, please check them on PortAventura World official website).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Lo mejor del Hotel es el personal. No se puede ser más atentos y serviciales.
Los horarios de las comidas son amplios y adecuados. La organización del comedor está muy bien, no hay esperas a pesar de que hay muchos huéspedes.
Las piscinas están muy bien y los apartamentos tambien.

Cons:

El funcionamiento del Wiffi, mal.
Mejorable:
El buffet, por el precio de la estancia, podría ser más variado y más saludable.
Las normas se han relajado mucho, en las piscinas, por ejemplo, falta control para que se respete lo que se indica como obligatorio.
La animación nocturna ha pasado a ser en el
Interior, cuando en el exterior hay un espacio adecuado y la temperatura acompaña.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.
L'accueil a été chaleureux et tout le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant et disponible.
L'emplacement est idéal : tout est à proximité, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. La navette pour PortAventura et nous étions à 5/10min a pied du centre ville et de la plage
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le buffet du soir, qui propose un large choix de plats de qualité. Le système de buffet est très pratique et convivial.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne le comportement de certains clients. Dès 7 h du matin, des enfants courent dans les couloirs en criant, sans que leurs parents interviennent. Cela peut être dérangeant pour les personnes qui souhaitent se reposer. Un rappel des règles de savoir-vivre ou une plus grande vigilance sur le respect du calme serait appréciable.

Pros:

L’appartement était grand bien agencé avec une belle vue sur Ferrari land, la literie était confortable, et le buffet du petit déjeuner était top

Cons:

Nous étions dans un appartement, nous avons dû demander à plusieurs reprises de la vaisselle pour le logement.

The pool area is ridiculous small for hotel such a size. I paid extra for pool view, which is facing a bloody noisey road. No beds available at pool ever. Kids cant even use pool rings in the pool apart from baby pool, which has a surface around it of clay. So can imagine how clean that pool is!

Pros:

No me gustó nada estafa total por booking.

Cons:

Estafa por booking,ponia habitación más entradas a Port Aventura y luego es mentira.
La habitación olía a sudor q daba angustia,aparte de sucia y siendo 4 pers.2 toallas.Lleno de extranjeros borrachos.

El buffet muy amplio y completo
La amabilidad del personal

Cons:

La limpieza, el personal de limpieza entraba en la habitación todos los días pero solo cambiaron las toallas y estiraron las sábanas, no limpiaron el suelo ni el baño
Cuando llegamos el primer día, movimos las camas y había gran cantidad de suciedad debajo
Sería de agradecer que en un hotel de 4 estrellas por el que pasa tanta gente se fuera más concienzudo con la limpieza
